I don't perceive Jesus as doing anything quick and fast except when He healed someone in front of Him. And when He did choose transportation, he chose the humblest for of transportation...a donkey. It would be an embarrassment especially for a King. iPads and iPhones...Hmm...He did teach that a good tree cannot produce evil fruit so I can't imagine He wouldn't back His own words. But I don't follow Jesus very closely because I haven't thought like He does about these things.
You don't think Jesus will use the phone to contact his followers but he will deliver the message on foot? If Jesus lived in the west coast and tried to get a message to his apostles who lived in the east coast of USA. it would take him quite a long time to get there on foot or riding on the donkey, you know.
Wouldn't it be smarter if Jesus had use the modern days technologies like the workers do today?

If Jesus and the apostles were here today! Do you think Jesus still choose to use riding the donkey from cities to cities instead of driving in the car from one state to another? Do you think Jesus will deliver the mail to his apostles in another state by hand instead of mailing it through the mail?
You don't think Jesus will use the phone to contact his followers but he will deliver the message on foot? I believe you are incorrect... If what you are saying were true... Why, did the apostle Paul and his co-workers traveled on ships for their 3 journeys mission from one country to another in the book of Acts, instead riding on donkeys from one country to another like Jesus did.

Did I say anything was wrong with it? I said Jesus didn't do it and I don't believe He will need anything to do with that in His second coming when it is going to be very great woe. Jesus was humble and lowly. But He's coming back with power and it ain't gonna be pretty. |

It's fulfilled. No more donkey. He walked everywhere or took a boat. But when He returns it's all going to be so different. Nothing to look forward to if we have no mercy or faith or judgement. |

Jesus used the transportation in his days, riding a donkey, travel by boats on the sea of Galilee... And the apostles did the same thing in the book of Acts... So, what is wrong with the workers and the friends use modern days transportation of today, cars, bus, ships, airplanes to get one place to another, computers, cell phone, ipads for work. Did I say anything was wrong with it? I said Jesus didn't do it and I don't believe He will need anything to do with that in His second coming when it is going to be very great woe. I see Him coming in the clouds in great glory. The likes of something we have never seen before. The woes here on earth will be so severe that it frightens me to even think about it. But I must because Jesus spoke these things and has proven to me that He IS alive. |
