Please don't be so rude "thetruth !" Always refer to a lady by her title, i.e. in my case "Mrs" Tindrucvionging ! Please edit the title of your post accordingly before I respond further to you !
And PLEASE learn how to pronounce my surname, viz "Tindrucvionging !"

Let's take a vote. All those who think it's rude for someone to have a name that is this hard to type, let alone horribly difficult to pronunce raise their right foot.....

Now, now BC, you don't need to take anything to such far extremes! A few inches off the floor with be quite sufficient so that we know your vote. In my case, I only raised my foot about a foot, so what I'm wearing in the case matters not. We hear way too much about clothes on this board anyway, so I'm going to raise yet another vote.....
All those who are tired of clothes raise their left foot an inch and a half off the floor.....

I cannot vote as asked - I have cerebral palsy and am unable to rise my right foot. Voting on this issue is just not worth risking an injury. But I do believe that Jason is capable of creating such an interesting name.

Ahhhh my poor butt...... after trying to be considerate and fit in with your point of view and being "tired of clothes" myself I stripped off my vesture in protest, which I might add is mighty hard to do with one foot in the air (previous vote still standing) and I then proceeded to raise my left foot the prescribed inch and a half off the ground. This however caused the nether region of my body to be lowered to floor level at almost terminal velocity, now this in itself was not a great problem, what was cause for tears being brought to my eyes was the sudden stop when my posterior ran out of travel. I have now determined to wear clothes and vote on only one point a day. Numbly yours Bartemieous Cornoculious

Dear Mister Bartie Corns (for short). I'm so sorry about your condition with the butt and all, but one must use common sense on such senseless matters when voting. We hope you caught it all on tape for our curious eyes to witness your masterful voting abilities(?) Now we wait with abated breathe for your answer.............. Where was the little guy while this was all going on? Tsk tsk.... in front of the children?? My oh my Bartol, what kind of father would vote in front of a minor? ? Please tell me his mother took him from the room to give you privacy during the voting procedure! Meanwhile, we can only sit back and imagine (or in some cases fantasize). Please sir, promise me that from now on you'll caste your vote to wear some type of clothing. Clothing can be a protective cover--- a comfortable protection for that posterior in these types of tragedies! Besides that, I the wicked woman from the west would imagine that you "look better" in your Sunday suit rather than the Birthday suit. Jane

Dear Scotswoman, I'm sorry to hear that your celebral palsy keeps you from voting. Actually, I'm sorry to hear that you even have such an awful condition, therefore I'm sending you a little special magic to help heal your body so that one day you'll be able to caste a firm one and one half inch vote! (The magic is called love).
Meanwhile, we'll ask that you just say a short yea or nay for the time being.
Well........... Which is it Miss Scottswoman? huh?

Dear Jane, I am deeply grateful for your care over this matter. As you know voting is only for those over the legal voting age (18 in this fine country) so therefore as voting is a strictly confidential process it was done in the confines of my secure office with my little man excluded with his mum. My wife is always excluded from my presence when voting is taking place, as I am from any voting procedures she may partake in.
Regarding my suits, I believe my Sunday one is a little old and has a few wrinkles, and is used only for funerals and such. Where as my Birthday one though stretched a little out of shape has no definable wrinkles but plenty of wear marks and scuffs, well it has been in daily use for 42 years. As to which I look better in may I borrow from Nate and say that I will let the beholder be the judge of that. Though there is really only one of those.
Thankfully the security camera and Web Cam were not working at the time of my unfortunate 'momentary lapse of reason' so please all resume breathing as I wouldn't want mass murder by association on my conscience and the public viewing must be also canceled please.
All butt done here. Bartemieous Cornoculious

Dear Bartie (your name gets shorter every time I write 'cause I don't like to type long names like the Tinducvionging person who has everyone's curiosity aroused on this thread.) I don't really care to find the exact identity of this umm.... interesting person..... 'cause who's who on this board doesn't interest me as much as who is Bartle Cornie at this moment.
Now, you sir have aroused my interest because you are so open and honest about everything including your most private of privates---your birthday suit. (As an aside Bart, and just a little fyi advice, if I were you I wouldn't admit the wrinkles part....) Especially since you didn't have enuf presence of mind to have a camera on during voting procedures. I cannot tell you how utterly disappointed we are to hear this news. It's absolutely tragedy upon tragedy!! We have no way of knowing for sure whether you are telling the truth about the wrinkles in your birthday suit.. So now and as usual......
We-all are very suspicious of your motives.
I'm happy to hear that your darling little boy was not involved in your most recent escapades and this tells me that you have a very wise woman at your side. Please tell her I said so, and please, please, please without fail, promise me that you will announce the arrival of number two when he/she gets here. We just might want to participate in celebration! For sure we do!
I'm butting out now...
Jane

It is NOT rude for someone to have a name that is hard to type let alone pronounce. Nevertheless I will raise both feet (one for me and the other for the lovely Scotswoman !).
Please pronounce my name correctly ! It is "Tindrucvionging" not "Tindrucvionging," even though the spelling is the same !

Well hello Mrs Tindrucvionging, how's Mr. Tindrucvionging? And how are the Tindrucvionging children these days? Please give us a rendition on the whole Tindrucvionging family and Tingle our ears....
That is very kind of you to offer to raise both feet--- one in support of the lovely Scotswoman! However, you must think through this decision more carefully since the incredible and excruciatingly painful experience of our friend Barltel. Have you considered where to place your posterior while both feet are raised Mrs. Twinkle Tindle Toes? May I suggest that you place it firmly on a chair? One mishap per thread is definitely enough drama for the time being.
I would need to regretfully disagree with you about long names though, and therefore I still put it up for a group vote. Is this rude is it not?
Just answer yes or no.

Well "plainjane" is hardly "Smith" is it ! Anyway "Calamity" (if I may) what is wrong with my name. It is the surname of my early husband, so now I'm on my own ! Bet that gripped you, huh ??
Of course my butt was on an armchair when I was waving my tootsies for Scotswoman and me ! Do you think I'm a "piecost ?"
My answer to your question is "No." If anyone is going to limit my answer to just "yes" or "no," then it will be "me !" Not you, not anybody, okay !!!!! Well except.....maybe..........that Nosaj fellow..., or something like that !
You have mispronounced my name 5 times ! Just because its spelt Tindrucvionging doesn't mean to say it's pronounced Tindrucvionging !Try saying "Tindrucvionging !" It's not that difficult ! Get it right and you wont need your silly vote !

PS, I hope I haven't offended you Mrs Tindrucvionging, by mispronoucing your name.
Notice: I didn't say Tindrucvionging, I said Tindrocvionging. Whew. Glad to get that correct!

No offence taken plainjane. However, I am a bit miffed at you mis-spelling "mispronouncing !" That is one of the words that I can't stand seeing mis-spelt ! A slight uplift in pitch at the ending of my name and you'll have it just about right !

Now now Mrs Tindrucvionging, as you can "plainly" see, there is no need to become upset about my vote. Every vote is done in strict privacy and if you could only see my feet, they are both planted firmly on the floor. At least at this moment. (I'm not dumb enough to try raising them both without the support of a firm chair like ummm.... others on this board have done). Did I say I thought it was rude to have a long name? Re-read m'friend. I'm merely putting it up for a group vote as I have not actually made up my mind yet about this and the polls do not close for......... at least a few more days, waiting for any stranglers who may want to vote on this more important serious issue. Besides, I won't be atellin anyone what the final outcome of my personal vote will be. It's a very private decision.
So please Mrs Tindrucvionging, don't go trying to pursuade others reading this thread to vote your way. It's obvious you've already caste your vote "no", but maybe, just maybe Mister Nathan7 will want to say yes. Who knows for sure? Never know the outcome of voting til all the votes are in and even then there may be some controvesy or "tags". But please Mrs Tindrucvionging, allow each and every person here the respect of voting in privacy and please, please, please respect their individual choice!
No, I have NOT misprounced your name. Take note once again m'friend because I said it as clearly and "plainly" as I know how to say it.....
It's prounced Mrs T-i-n-d-r-u-c-v-i-o-n-g-i-n-g and not Mrs. Tindrucvionging. Do not accuse the plainest of all the plain jane's in the world of misprouncing your common Irish name because I'm a stickler at prouncing things correctly.
I repeat: Mrs Tindrucvionging, I do not in any way want to offend you because I'm more than curious about your whole family. Why, didn't you notice how polite I was to ask about the whole blankeity blank Tindrucvionging family?
Plain old Jane

Helo Jane: I actually don't think of myself as having an 'awful' condition. What 'is' just 'is.' I don't think I'd know what to do with myself if I was 'healed!" I just get on with it, but thank you for your thoughts. Now, I've forgotten what we were voting on.
