No wages.. After exemptions and deductions, no taxes are usually due. I deducted for a repair shop in my home, also an office, cloths are uniforms, vacations are business trips, etc. And this is why you shouldn't boast your a Christian. Dude your a dishonest chump if your claiming your personal vacations as a business trip. People who avoid paying their fair share of tax are parasites.

You didn't "post a link to" Dynamic Progressive Revelation as such , -however you did use the term "Dynamic Progressive Revelation" in your post.Progressive revelation
Christianity
Progressive revelation is the doctrine in Christianity that the sections of the Bible that were written later contain a fuller revelation of God than the earlier sections. God didn't tell people His entire plan all at once. They wouldn't be able to handle it. "Progressive revelation does not mean to say that the Old Testament is somehow less true than the New Testament. The progress was not from untruth to truth - it was from less information to more full information." ~Don Stewart:: What Is Progressive Revelation?Isn't that idea the same as your have been claiming? Yes I used that term. I partially agree with some of the terminology but that's about it. As soon as I hear "plan" its like uh oh. To me the word "plan" is just a way out. Pretty easy to dismiss a heap of horrible things with that language. "Oh that was just part of God's plan". What a cop out. To suggest some dude somewhere else that we have no idea were, has a plan is silly. The progressive dynamic revelation does not reveal this. It reveals a divine nature that if lived out in your life, will always bring the best outcomes regardless what hand in life you are dealt. you've no idea what you are talking about its either planned or random chaos...read your bible...

A trip can be both business and pleasure. Just attending a seminar , an exposition, or an event involving further education in your field can be a write-off. If you wanted to expand your business into Florida and took a trip down there to explore the real estate cost of a new location, its perfectly legal and honest to deduct the expense of the trip. You'd be a chump not to do that. If you have a problem with it being a legal deduction, then your problem is with the tax system, not the people who are allowed these legal deductions. And I don't boast of being Christian, its just a point of fact. Also, I've been audited twice with no problems, so apparently the IRS didn't find the cost of any trips we deducted to be dishonest.
What ever dude. You've already said it. Justify away. Just a point of fact!, haha, what to be deliberately dishonest!. I love how certain parts of scriptures never applies to "me".

But blatant deliberate dishonesty is a character revealer and not within the spirit of the law.

But blatant deliberate dishonesty is a character revealer and not within the spirit of the law. Quite right Chuck, One of the friends who mentored me when I was young and bought my first business gave me this advice. "Oh to pay the tax" He was a very wealthy man with numerous dairy farms and other interests both here in NZ and in the UK. In NZ we have a Goods and Services tax as well as income tax and numerous other taxes. With the GST tax the GST incurred when buying stock or equipment for a business is off set against the GST collected when selling the stock or the service. Paying the difference to the IRD is a sign of a healthy business. Doing shady sh.t is a sign that a business is on the way out. The other issue we have here in NZ is the large multinational corporations avoiding tax by using complex arrangements with the parent company. Globally they save billions of dollars which go straight into their pockets. There is a global drive to close these loopholes. It is not surprising Trump has threatened countries who attempt to enact legislation to collect tax from these global companies.

The people who most support this situation normally believe that legal abortion doesn't make it morally correct. Perfectly legal doesn't make anything perfectly moral, except for those who profit from it.

What ever dude. You've already said it. Justify away. Just a point of fact!, haha, what to be deliberately dishonest!. I love how certain parts of scriptures never applies to "me". Nothing to justify.. I took a completely legal deduction. Nothing dishonest about it. If you don't like it, your problem is with the tax system, not with the people who are entitled to write-off expenses.
Perfectly legal doesn't make anything perfectly moral, except for those who profit from it.
I think you guys are comparing wage earners to businesses, but the tax system treats each separately and differently. Is it moral that I had to pay over $30,000 towards my employee's social security taxes annually? Is it moral that when they voluntarily quit, I'm taxed to pay for their unemployment benefits? Is it moral to force businesses to pay for your health insurance? You see, there's a downside to running a business, and I guarantee that income taxes aside, your employers still pay a whole lot more taxes than you do. Start a business and hire a few people, then you'll discover a tax burden you never knew existed.

I was in business myself for twenty odd years and have never had to resort to the trickery you espouse on here. Perhaps you like to blame the system but if you don't like paying your employees health insurance etc then I suggest you are not fit to be in business. I already knew that from your comments regarding your employees during your lockdown.

It's not you -- it's the business model that is structured so that businesses are permitted to pay no taxes, and keep employees from competing financially by keeping them beholden to their employer for everything the employer spends on their behalf. It's a form of neo-slavery that an employer is responsible for the kind of medical care their employees receive.

Who or what is going to give you this "progressive dynamic revelation" which helps you to live out in your life.?

Trickery? I exercised a completely legal deduction. If that's trickery, call me guilty, but the IRS was fine with it.
As stated, nothing to justify. You obviously don't like businesses deducting expenses or investments, but without those allowances, you'd have no economic growth & no creation of new jobs. Socialist have never and will never comprehend capitalism. And yes, everyone has the liberty to decide whether or not they want to be a Christian. If you can't self-access whether or not you believe in Christ, who can?

It's nothing to do with socialism at all, so get off your high horse on that one. Put simply, there are legitimate expenses and there are con jobs. In NZ business is allowed to deduct legitimate expenses. In that respect there is little difference between the USA and NZ. In NZ capitalism thrives without the protective subsidies that the USA business's demand. I suspect that without those subsidies the USA would be a complete cot case.

Who said I don't like businesses deducting expenses. We could deduct countless things within our business but that doesn't make it right. We make the choice weather its within the spirit of the law or not and wether we actually need to or not. Do we get it wrong sometimes, yes. But actively ripping the system is not what lifes about. If your in a position to rip the system your in the wealthiest bracket compared to the rest of the world. I hardly thing taking advantage of the system because you can legally is "your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" or "not reaping to the corners of your field". You can self asses all you want but that doesn't make it true. Proclaimed Christians love to self asses. Thats how they can call themselves Christian and say they Believe in God. Heck I was a shocker at it and still do it. But I have come to realise to proclaim these things is rediculous. Can you announce your beliefs without God/Jesus/Bible words or without religious traditions and rituals. Were does claiming deductions on a personal vacation fit into that?.
