Well my two favourite things are beer and motorcycles, so I'm not going to criticise the product, only the hypocrisy. But seriously, fifteen doors leading to the devils elixir? I’m with you. Drink alcohol if you like but I remember the vehemence toward alcohol when I was a 2x2. I distinctly remember that my stepfather treated a particular ailment in cows with whiskey. The worker in our field saw the bottle in the cupboard and questioned my stepfather. He was instructed to keep it in the barn because of appearances. Never ever heard of any 2x2 drinking alcohol in my 22 years in the faith. And certainly we didn’t drink wine for the emblems as apparently Nathan does. So - things have changed. Fine. Just admit it. The way is not the same yesterday, today, forever. It is changing and that is a good thing! Your post made me laugh, Verna. My dad drank wine because he said it helped settle his stomach. If you want to drink, you’re going to find an excuse to do so. I like alcohol and I do drink. Of course I’m not a 2 x 2. I doubt Natie drinks wine for the emblems because he hasn’t been to Sunday meeting in years. Making money is much more important to him. Oh I just remembered why I started this post. Somehow when I was a kid I got a hold of a deck of cards. What kid hasn’t played solitaire? My dad threw the cards away because of the appearance of gambling. I’m sure you can find fault with just about anything in life. Well today I am a card reader. Gotta wonder what my dad thinks about that, but he’s dead so who cares. |

To extrapolate his logic - if it doesn't have the gospel of Frank Stranges, the gospel is incomplete. He should try saying that in a Sunday Morning Meeting and see how far he gets! Considering he doesn’t go to meetings… Natie is a chicken sh-. He was forced out as a worker and he is scared silly to go back to meetings because he’s afraid they’ll force him out of the two by twos. Pretending to be an Internet worker, he reports to no one and makes his own rules. He claims he answers only to God, but we all know that is not how the 2 x 2 system works. Usually the house belongs to both husband and wife, not just one unless you bought it into the marriage but highly unlikely given your ages when you married. Why do you consider that you bailed her out rather than we.... and why is it that you inherited it rather than we inherited. ** At first my wife just work there, and a book keeper, accounting. I didn't want have anything to do with it for 16 years. They spent more money than what have and got into debts and my wife was using her own credit cards to buy things for the store but her older sister is the owner. Her older sister was terminated by the company, my wife owned too much credit debts. The gas company knew what is going on and let my wife became the new owner. Well, I had to sell my home, quit my job so I can get all of my stocks shares money out and put into the business to pay a lot of her credit cards debts. Looking back, it was the will of God because I love people and care for their souls and the gas station is a perfect place to share the good news with my customers and they enjoy it. People are facing all kinds of challenges in life and I just offer them hope, peace and New home to go to. I show them the location of heaven, their new and temporary home. 
You said the sister was terminated by the company and your wife became owner. If the company owned the business, that makes no sense. Sounds like what you own is a franchise. Telling more lies, Natie?
You also said the previous owners, your wife's family, were millionaires. Why would they let her use her credit cards to bail them out? Did they pay her back? If they did pay her back, you wouldn't have needed to sell everything you owned to bail her out. Something stinks like a lie here. |

That was instructions to the 12 and 70 apostles when Jesus sent them to different towns and villages with the message the Messiah they have been waiting has arrived come and see it for yourself. If the people don't take heed then move on to the next towns with the same message. TMB place is totally different, you don't like or believe the message that is your decision and choice. However, there are new readers from different parts of the world and 2x2s newbies come and read the messages. They are the ones I want to share the good news with.

You keep calling it your house. Why do you not say our house? Again, I doubt you owned it before you got married as you were in the work before you got married so shouldn't it be yours and your wife not just yours? That struck a cord. I'm always in trouble for saying MY bedroom. The hubby says he sleeps there too. I never thought of how it came across. When we bought our vehicles a few years ago, we got loans for both of them. We had no debt, so we had no credit rating. (You work hard to pay your bills and that's how you get rewarded?) So, both vehicles were in the hubby's name. I got upset about that and recently paid the vehicles off and had my vehicle put in my name. Made me feel better. I don't know why, but it did. The house is OURS. That I know.  |

I’ve tried some of the best teas thanks to my Japanese brother-in-law. The only tea I cared for was red current. I’m a coffee drinker. Have you tried gumboot tea? No. I’ll look it up. Thanks. |

What I learned today is that you can actually lose money on a stock that pays a 127% dividend. Holy smokes! My dad was an investor. Lost his shirt with Enron, but he thought he knew more than his broker. Not me. I cashed out this year. Still took a beating. |

Like I said 7 years ago, we sold the store to my wife younger brother but I still work at the store. I had Saturday and Sunday off so I was able to attend all meetings, Bible studies, conventions for 5 years. Then 2 years ago, that brother didn't want to be owner anymore, he gave it back to us. So you work as an alcohol retailer on Sundays instead of attending meetings? ** Save souls and pointing them to follow Christ, at the store and on TMB for now. Once my time is up at the store God will let me know. I will try get my son to fill in on Sunday so, I can go to Sunday meetings to give my customers and TMB short breaks. |

In NZ we buy petrol as a liquid, not a gas. It seems that the term gas that is used in the USA to describe petrol does not refer to its state but is a slang term for an old trade marked product called Gazeline which was popular in Britain. It's odd how it is so used in the USA. Yeah. We're funny that way. Especially when there's natural gas for heating homes. |

This reminds me of the professing people who had a store near the convention grounds we attended. When I was a kid, I used to think they were the biggest lying hypocrites ever because they sold Christmas and Easter decorations. I still think that. Anything for the almighty buck. Guess we know who rules their lives. *** When life gives you a lemon turn it into lemonade stands. I used the gas station and store and turn it into a gospel meeting place. and I love it. My customers come and tell me their struggles, hardship, no hope, no light at the end of tunnel... And I share the comforting teachings of Jesus and many of them appreciate the words of encouragement. I just don't tell that to all of my customers who I feel draw to. I have been doing it for 12 years now. All working for good to them that LOVE God who are called according to His purpose.

However, he recognized the workers Holy Spirit was much stronger than the Dark force he was using. He threw away vodoos dolls, and all to do with witchcrafts. Witchcraft is real but they are useless against the power and people of God. Do you know why voodoo etc sometimes work? Because the person believes they do. That is all it is. They get freaked out because they believe they've been hexed/cursed and bring it on themselves. There is no such thing as a spell or a hex just a reaction to a spell or a hex. The only reason you say you are is because you believe that workers get extra special treatment in the afterlife, and you are a greedy sob that wants to be better than others, and have more than his fair share. ** Hey! It was landed on my laps! So, I turned a lemon into a lemonade... I use the gas station as a place to share Jesus Christ 21st century message gospel to mankind for 12 years now. It has work out way much better than I could ever imagine. When I was in the work for 8 years we hardly contact and talk to outsiders. When they knew we were preachers they stopped asking questions and shut us down. Here at the gas station we have talked and visited 1000s of people about Jesus, the Bible, Frank Stranges, Valiant Thor and the 21st century Dead Sea Scrolls and they are all connected in the same package. |
