I understand that you can't do it yourself, but one of my previous points was that even with God's help, you still can't do it. Try as we may, we will still trip-up and sin on a regular basis.
"We are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away" (Isaiah 64:6). No matter the effort, we can never obtain perfection, that's why we are reliant on he who was perfect before God. We won't ever be sin free, that's why Jesus had to answer for sin.
Peter knew Christ but denied knowing him, that's a willful sin. He was afraid and had a weak moment, but sinned nonetheless. So apparently God does put up with that type of sin because Peters conscience convicted him and he repented.
In regards to having a conscience, I did mean that a person who knows the Truth, but disregards that knowledge, is a person who willfully violates his conscience. They know but don't care, and thereby willfully sin without regret or remorse.
And yes, even a drunken fool can have a heart, just as a sober person can be as cold as ice. The parable of the Good Samaritan illustrated the difference between a pious person wearing their religion on their sleeve compared to a regular John who genuinely displayed some compassion.

God knows I screw up too, and I never said I don't sin. But I would find it very hard to wilfully sin. Like Peter, I do things wrong then realise and repent, but I honestly would find it hard to knowingly do something wrong before God, my conscience would kill me. It seems like you think that it's ok before God if you wilfully sin, because Jesus died on the cross for you. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with you. If you have the Spirit guiding you, then you should be finding it very hard to do things against God and God would be helping you to overcome the wrong in you. 1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. No, anyone can fall away... Many on this forum were once believers, but having a change of heart and denying the faith can cause anyone to lose out. Salvation is guaranteed though Christ, he is faithful, but we can always walk away. "He that believeth" is a condition, so salvation is conditional.

I just think that when a person breaks a law or does something they know is wrong, it has got to be willful. What else could it be? They aren't innocently violating a law that they're ignorant of, so it has got to be deliberate.

In Hebrews 10:26 when Paul wrote "For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins", I believe he was referring to those who knowingly sin but have no conscience or regret about it. "These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me" (Matthew 15:8).
Jesus once said, "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do". But there's no forgiveness for those who knowingly sin and just don't consciously care.

To the 5 ungodly churches to REPENT of their sins or He will REMOVE their names from the book of life. Jesus praised the believers of the Two churches were doing good spiritually to continue on to the end and they shall receive the crown of life after this life is over. Jesus spoke the parable of empty house! The man asked God to come into his life, but he left Jesus standing out of the door of his heart, when the unclean spirit/demon or Satan comes back and see God was no longer in charge of his life. The unclean spirit invited 7 more of his evil spirit to occupy that body! Now, he is truly dead because there are too of them dwell in his home/body now. It will take longer time to get rid off those evil spirit but it can be done, with God and Christ nothing is too hard for Him, there is still hope when we Repent of our sins. |

What about people who break the law but don't know God?
I personally think that everyone will be given the opportunity to accept Christ, if not in this life, then in the millennium. We will all be without excuse.

Its not confusing, a person either chooses to believe and accept Christ as their Savior or they don't.
Anyone can walk away and lose faith.. As Nathan mentioned, the verdict isn't confirmed until we finish the race. At the moment, I am saved because I am committed. But it ain't easy, anyone can let doubts overwhelm them and lose hope, belief, and faith. My confidence is not in myself, but the Lords ability to preserve every soul that decides to put their faith and trust in him.

We are SAVED at the moment we confess Jesus Christ as our Redeemer and Savior! However, we MUST continue to allow the Godhead to control, lead and guide us Daily to the end of our journey from earth to heaven! Because we are still in the spiritual War zone battle fields! We are have NOT reached our home in heaven, yet. Satan knows we are in the War Zone, there is a good chance of getting us kill with all kinds of snares, traps 🪤 to STOP 🛑 us from reaching home safely. That is why we need God’s presence to guide and protect us EVERY DAY! We can go alone even one day without Him to guide us, Satan has many good demonic snipers are out there to take us out one by one. Before we reach our heavenly home. As Dan has pointed out there are many good 2x2s on here but now because of their own reasons have left God and became atheists or agnostics. I have witnessed this on TMB many 2x2 came on here posting as professing and a few years they came atheists and call God and Jesus all kinds of names and they turned against Him and the 2x2s fellowship they once dearly love. Nobody is 💯% safe as long we are on this earth spiritual War zone! We need to keep our eyes 👀 for each others and look out for Satan’s snipers to take us out one by one.
