James, you still haven't commented on the US Navy's plans to move Naval Station Norfolk to the Sea of Tranquility.

We live in strange times - maybe as christians it is possible to become to comfortable, and accepting of what we perceive to be 'normal'.
Turn this round - why shouldn't there be a planet x?

Not the kind of planet mentioned above. Any planet "many times the size of Jupiter" would have been found centuries ago had it been even a fraction of the distance to the next star. No body can speed up or slow down of its own accord. The energy required to do that to a multi-Jupiter size planet would be extraordinary. And, how would it work? Bert, wouldn't a planet that large that close to the earth gain momentum and crash quickly? Seems like it'd just fall through the layers of atmosphere if it ever started to move out of its' own atmosphere! Just wondering, that is!

I understand the statue of Walter Hanney in the village green of West Hanney has been fitted with pontoon footings, thus enabling it to float above the waters when they, inevitably, come. There was a special work project organized by the workers just before convention preparations to complete the fittings, all in honor of this humble professing man, after whom the village was named. If the tide is going to be all that energetic, I wonder if the statue isn't going to be top heavy?

just out of curiosity, what happened to the promise of the rainbow? The next destruction of the world was supposed to be by fire, I thought. dc, I don't think all this land mass destruction is going to be eliminating the entire earth or its' population totally wiped out! It's my understanding that though there'll be earth surface reshaping etc and many will die due to this reshaping however it comes that there will still be many nations have citizens within them....that'd be during Jesus' millenial reign....now the "big bang" that destroys heaven and earth is most likely to be by some sort of fire....but one would have to wonder too about volcanic activity on a grand scale due to all the earth's plate moving during the shifting of the earth's surface from earthquake that we know of to be in Israel. A great valley will form there and be the new Jerusalem for Jesus and His chosen. That'll make more mountainous areas shift upward and Middle East so fertile with oil and gas....likely bring on volcanic action there and as well across the earth's surface everywhere for the waters supposedly are to shift and the different land masses will be different then they are today! Just a dummy's synopsis of proposed occurrances! The big bang will have to wait until after Jesus' reign on earth and that's supposedly a thousand years....I think even in God's time it'll be longer then a day at least!

James, when the Navy moves its vessels from Naval Station Norfolk to the Sea of Tranquility, should they pass through the Panorama Canal or go all the way around the Oklahoma panhandle? The admirals are having a tough time figuring out the shortest route. Could you lend a hand?

Original title of this tread was about F& W being in a cult. Seems that James is stuck in a doomsday cult himself.

Someone once wrote..
"It is better to be suspected to be a fool and remain silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"
Thanks James, for removing any lingering doubts.

quotes from past posts by James Durston...
Some of you guys simply do not understand the basic Word of God and this without doubt includes massey, diet coke, ram and all the rest who go down their view point.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE STATEMENTS LIKE THAT AT LEAST TALK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT YOU KNOW AND IN THIS CASE MY FRIEND YOU ARE IN WILLFUL IGNORANCE!!
I dont make the rules up Dietcoke, God has already done that and I am agreeing with God. Who the ---- do you think you are to tell God what He can do? Your nothing.
You see the fact is that Gene and his partner know right from wrong. I dont want to hammer them about their homosexuality. Quite frankly the only difference from them and me is that my sins are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. (translation: I'm saved, you are not)
Oh my goodness, what is all this religious -rap about
Ram, I have just been reading some of your recent posts, man what planet are you on?.... (speaking of planets....?)
There is what I call the cult of penticostalism with all their control and prosperity b----hit.
Well its not my intention to offend anyone.
I’m not sure that I was condemning the friends and workers, where did you read that?......
there is so much hidden tecknology out there like free electricity but they wont let you have it because they want monney and control
I am sure there where many kinds of so called drugs before the time of Noah, also there was much technology, much imparted by the fallen angels. There where ufo,s......in the bible they are refered to as chariots (if you want I can get the exact verses). hundreds of thousands of people today have sighted ufo's in the air including my self and my wife
Global Warming is a complete and utter lie fabricated by the World elite to mask what really is ahead of us.
ok, well if no one is really interested in what I am saying I will call it a day.

Geoff,,,,when I do the 'hal computer' thing I am only trying to humour you so dont take it like I am being serious. Because most of you who leave posts on this thread are only in it for mocking and haveing a laugh I also have a sense of humour. Everything else though is serious so I hope this does not distract from the real issue. Geoff, If you find what I am saying is haveing an unhealthy hold over you I strongly recomend you stay of line to keep your head clear.

"....dont take it like I am being serious."
James, having read what you've written, I see no line between what you say when you're not being serious and what you say when you are being serious.
Other than giving me a chuckle and a smile, and perhaps a shake of the head, all of what you have posted on this thread has had no effect on me, nor, I suspect, on anyone else.

I suspect James, that there's more reason to be concerned about your wellbeing than mine.
Yes I did admit to being abnormal. Being a Christian is an abnormal condition these days, in a world where God is given little thought. And being a participant here is abnormal as far as our fellowship goes, and doing it without alias! But this all depends on a defintion of "normal" to define abnormal. I'm using it in the sense of being not ordinary in the whole population.
I'm not using an alias James. Geoff is my real name (Actually Geoffrey on my birth certificate), and you can easily verify that, for example using my name on Google. (Hint, I'm not the one in USA involved in Aviation)
But maybe you want to read some runes? or my palm? or some other pagan custom? Is there some significance you see in my name? Maybe the planets are lining up round the letters of my name to spell disaster?

Is that because it is a poor conductor of electricity? No, but if something's corroded that far, its not worth saving.... Nothing to do with electricity - that has nothing to do with galvanizing, its not an electrical process.

depends how you define "normal" as I said. If you use a definition based on the majority of people, then I'm abnormal.
2Co 12:11 I have been a fool! You forced me to it, for I ought to have been commended by you. For I was not at all inferior to these super-apostles, even though I am nothing.
and 1Co 3:18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
