There is no eternity. Don't say we didn't warn you. You said there is NO eternity but Jesus said there is John 3:15-16 "That whoever believes in him/Jesus may have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."Who, do you think people should believe in you an atheist or in Jesus/God words?I know there is no eternity because I have gleaned that information from what science tells me about the creation of the world, whereas your jesus was just parroting what is in the "goatherders guide to the galaxy", the worst novel ever written.

Science books arent going to talk about the afterlife of the soul. What benefit is there to say there is no eternal life? I base my belief on the fact that Genesis One never happened. I will stick to how science tells me this earth was formed and then life on it rather than mythology you read in the bible. Furthermore, there is no soul.

I feel bad for you and all you have probably been through to make this the definite stand that you are taking at this time in your life. Just know that its not too late to enjoy the blessings of personal revelations we receive when we get close to God. To have the power of His love in our life can be amazing. Please don't give up yet on your soul. I'll keep you in my thoughts tonight

How can I name all the benefits there are to realize that there is NO eternal life?
Probably, -at least for me, -the main one is to live each day RIGHT NOW with all the joys of just being alive!

Why should we believe THAT myth over the many myths by other groups of people in other parts of the world?
I also agree the there is no soul. It is also a myth, -a belief inculcated into mental & psychological structure of a person but for which there is absolutely no evidence.
But I wonder, -why do you think that it is necessary "that we must have had to been through" something in order to come to this conclusion? Maybe we have in a way!
How about enlightenment in the power of human reason?

I don't know really what to say to that dmmichgood without offending you; but, in terms of what you shared about how brief life is, I know we'll be dead a lot longer that we lived on this earth, so you have every right to do what you want; but, I'm not taking any chances. I am in touch with some workers and I plan to go back to meeting myself. That would be awesome! You can meet so many workers and friends through different states with your job. Stop in Oregon and I will take you to the best Vietnamese and Chinese food in the world. That would be fantastic Nathan! Thanks

Amen, Wally.... Science tells us the Universe is infinity (it is endless)! , there is NO end to it, it goes on forever! How can Curly says the science which she read mention, there is no eternity.
UNIVERSE FACTS
Want to know about space – the final frontier?! Then check out these 10 top facts about our solar system… and beyond!
1. There are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on all the beaches on Earth. That’s at least a billion trillion! There are 3 trillions galaxies and they are still counting.
2. A black hole is created when big stars explode. Its gravitational force is so strong that nothing can escape from it – luckily the closest black hole is about 10,000 light-years from Earth.
4. The universe has no center and is constantly expanding (getting bigger) every second – making it impossible to reach the edge.
5. The Earth is about 4.5 billion years old – but that’s only a third of the age of the universe – which is 13.5 billion years old!
6. The Earth is tiny in comparison with the rest of the universe – it could fit into the sun 1.3 million times. How small does that make you feel?

How about enlightenment in the power of human reason? Without the soul/energy or the life force in you, then you are DEAD person! That is no myth at all. People died every second, that is no myth at all. After death the unbelievers souls go to be with Satan in Hades, waiting for the day to be judged by God. The believers souls go to be with Christ in heaven.
Death is a fact of life. Death is not an accident; it is an appointment. We all have an appointment with the death angel. "It is appointed unto men to die, but after this the judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).
The believer in Christ already has eternal life; and by his departure from this earth, he takes possession of it in a greater measure. Even his body will be raised up at the last day. Why therefore, fear an experience that simply brings us closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? Death is gain for the Christian because it brings us into the presence of Christ.
Ever since His resurrection and ascension Jesus has taken with Him into heaven the believers who have died. The children of God are brought at the very instant of their death into the presence of the Lord. The apostle Paul declared that when a Christian dies he is "absent from the body" and "present with the Lord." This gives the Christian hope when our loved ones are taken away from us in death. There is no hope in the future life apart from a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

Belief is NOT a choice. Try this. 1. Think of a food that you really don't like 2. Now "intentionally choose to believe" you like this food 3. Taste the food again. Did it work? i've had to do something similar to this before....had to stop using caffeine so had to stop drinking pepsi...the only option i could think of was 7-up which i hated...but nevertheless drank it and eventually came to like it... I didn't pick a very good example as tastes are subjective. I should have picked something that is objectively true or not, regardless if you agree or not. A belief in a hollow earth would work. The video did a better job explaining how belief works than my example.

Can you by your own self will "choose to believe" the earth is NOT hollow?
Extraordinary the claims, requires extraordinary evidence.
If you said I had two eggs and milk for breakfast, it wouldn't require much evidence to believe you, may be even none. But if you said the bible is 100% true, I would need lots of evidence to support all those supernatural claims.
You say God / Jesus lives inside Venus. That's an extraordinary claim, and so I need lots of very good evidence BEFORE I would belive you.
Normally belief is not a self will choice. You can however self delude yourself, and believe something based on bad evidence. How we form beliefs probably should be a separate thread.
The bible got belief wrong.

The bible got belief wrong.*** I have revealed of people in our generation who have entered the inner earth of earth and Venus planet for 7 yrs. The famous person who entered the Inner/hollow earth was Jesus' Spirit 2000 yrs ago to set the believers souls FREE from Hades. There are beings, souls, spirits/fallen angels, demons are living inside the inner earth, Venus and MANY trillions planets in the Universe.

What you say is very very extraordinary. Some may believe you based on what you said (above) and after viewing some webpages which say the same, but it is not enough for me, as it's so very extraordinary. But I would belive you had two eggs and milk for breakfast, if you posted that. Do you see the difference? If you just believe something, you could be right or wrong. But if you know something, it's right. www.youtube.com/embed/r_Y3utIeTPg?start=160&end=225&version=3

Billy Woodward testimony and his twin sister, who were born from the Inner earth 1950s. They were sent to the surface of the earth to be ambassadors to both worlds. He entered the Hollow earth 6 times when he worked in Area51, Nevada. Top Secret U.S. Air Force area for 12 years from 1980.
Tuesday, April 5, 2016 Billie Woodard: The Man from Hollow Earth
Note from Manuel: If Admiral Byrd and the Jansens (both father & son) came from the surface world and went into Hollow Earth. But this time, those from Hollow Earth sent one of their own people as a representative to act as a messenger to the surface world. His name is Zaraya/Billie Woodward.
The following are some of the main message of Billie for the world:
Our Earth is Hollow. Advanced, benevolent civilizations live within our Earth and will soon be emerging and helping us through Earth's coming transition. It is important for us to understand that we are Unlimited Beings and can reclaim our Godhood.
In Area 51 there are several underground levels one of it leads to the Inner Earth or the crust of the Earth which is about 800 miles thickness. After the 800 miles solid crust is the hollow interior space called "Hollow Earth". Inner Earth and Hollow Earth are not the same but the people who lived in these two domains are the same in their principles of oneness as they live in unity and harmony.
As the north and south pole are actually open and anything in the wind can be carried into inside the Earth. And this is one of the many reason why they just cannot possibly allow any radiation to enter hollow earths domain as those things can damage the natural ecological condition inside the Earth.
This information was gathered and written down with permission, from a recording taken on the phone January 10, 2002 (Greg Gavin/Onelight.com): My name is Colonel Billie Faye Woodard of the United States Air Force......
At the age of 12, while walking through a field of corn with another friend I had a paranormal experience. I was taken into a UFO vehicle and transported into the Inner Earth. Here, I lived for 6 months among the Hollow Earth residents.
You may imagine the wonder of my parents especially of my Father who was in the Military Service, at that time when I disappeared, then to mysteriously return in 6 months. It was due to this experience that I believe my Father made certain that I was engaged under his wing at the Pentagon and later directed to serve at Area 51.
I am not the biological offspring of my father, but an adopted child as was my sister. My sister and I were separated when she was put in the hands of the "secret government" for observation. They were trying to find the source of her paranormal abilities. When she became aware of their plans to take her life to perform a research autopsy, she sent a telepathic call to Hollow Earth and on her next "airing" on the surface, was swiftly picked up by one of the aero ships. I was able to combat their negativity with my mind, which is stronger, and survived their attacks.
My father, Zorra, is a Hollow Earth scientist who has made 150,000 trips around the sun. My sister and myself are originally from the Hollow Earth. Our true parents and family live in Hollow Earth. When our adoption father took us in as adopted children we spoke a language unknown to any surface culture.

He entered the Hollow earth 6 times when he worked in Area51, Nevada. Top Secret U.S. Air Force area for 12 years from 1980. I know you believe in the hollow earth. What I'm saying is you could be wrong about this belief. We all have beliefs that are not true. That's the thing about all beliefs, they can be true, or they can be false.
It doesn't matter how firmly held your beliefs are, or how many times you tell your self or others what you believe, all this has zero effect on whether your belief is true or not.
With new evidence you can change your mind on what you believe. I know you have changed your beliefs. You have said before you once believed in Buddhism and now you don't. You must of had some good reasons to change your belief in Buddhism?
Now think about; what would it would take for you to stop believing in the hollow earth.
Your goal should be to believe more things that are true, and believe fewer things that are not true. The way to do this is by reviewing what you believe and why. Questioning your beliefs keeps you in touch with objective reality and is the way to live an authentic life, with the fewest amount of delusions.
Some people don't care if their beliefs are true or not. These people hold onto only beliefs that makes them happy and feel good. They don't care if their beliefs are true, but I don't think thats who you are. It's not who I am either.

You are NOT going to change me or I am going to change you. Case closed.

Neither one of you know that but of course you both have to gloat over your idea that Carl Sagan is frying in hell.
Way to go ! Keep the good work!
He was far more humble than either of you by admitting HE doesn't know everything. when have i or speak ever said we know everything? prove it.... Sorry, -but you both seem to think that you can't learn anything new from anyone else, -so wouldn't that indicate that you think you already "know everything there is to be knowed?"
