Quote - “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” This was a question concerning the greatest commmandment, it was not a question concerning doctrine.
Quote - "Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant" This was a question concerning an ASPECT of leadership, not leadership per se.
As an aside to the second. Recall Paul telling his people "I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock. Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them. So be on your guard! Remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears." He was a good servant. By his authority he served his flock well. He kept the wolves at bay. Those wolves, which ultimately formed their own Christian churches, wouldn't have seen Paul as a servant at all because they were at a cross purpose with him. He was just a bully.

Doctrine is teaching. What do the workers teach? If our doctrine is ONLY the bible, what are workers for?

Reminds me of the TX elder on You Tube where he says "we are not here to talk scripture".
