Is being 6 minutes behind after todays stage what you call "Tour preparation"? Robb

Is being 6 minutes behind after todays stage what you call "Tour preparation"? I am very, very disappointed in 'Der Jan'. but hey, it was raining and cold up there! Yeah, Lance is doing a great job. There are no riders left in the top-10 who are a real threat to him anymore (considering the time-trials and mountainstages to come). Virenque did what he had to do (win a stage at July 14th) and Armstrong will most likely do what he has to do, to win this Tour. Again. Boring...

Boring??! How can you say that witnessing one of the greatest riders of all time is boring. Your bias is showing. Lance was the man yesterday, however much of the credit goes to his team. Bring on the Alps. Robb

Boring??! How can you say that witnessing one of the greatest riders of all time is boring. Your bias is showing. It's just like Formula 1 where Schumacher has been winning almost every race this season so far.. that's what I meant by 'boring' and that's why I am hungry to see a real battle in the Tour. Because that's what I love about cyclism. The extremes of heroism, the suffering and victory. Okay, Lance does make a good hero. He deserves his 6th win, but it's time for change! I love to see that French guy, Voeckler.. fighting for his yellow jersey, every day again! Guarp

One of the rare times when you hear the words French guy and fighting in the same sentance. Kidding aside, it was cool to see him battle back into the pelaton time after time. Of course I am sure that his success can only be due to performance enhancing drugs, right? Robb
