Sauron/Samuroo --
Is someone not able to change their name without losing their post history? Just wondering . . .

You can change your display name and keep your post tally. But I wanted to change my username too.

Samaroo... It's been a long time since I've seen this handle and I welcome it's return!
I'm feeling very nosy, but I'll barge on ahead anyway--why Sauron before?

Why Sauron?
Probably because I get sick of 'fluffy, nice' aliases on message boards. Sauron adds a bit of spice I think. Plus, I have gothic leanings.

My sons who are 14 and 13 talk about kids at school who dress gothic, but I think you are referring to gothic aspects other than dress, perhaps historical or fantasy elements? As for me, I love the LOTR movies, which is what the hand of "Sauron" uneasily brought to mind--some of that spice notion I suppose. ~connie

Gothic music, gothic movies, gothic architecture. The night, the stars, the moon. The wind blowing down a dark street sending leaves running along. The Crow. Evanescence. Lord of the Rings (the book I've probably read 15 times).
