I understand that some kids who know the truth about the truth cannot tell there parents the truth about the truth they haven't got the heart to do so

You are right, LAS. Some of these parents have devoted their entire lives to the Worker's Way. They have supported the Gospel meetings with their time (attendance) and money for decades.
Many of these parents have put their relationship with the Workers ahead of their relationship with their own children.
Imagine the pain they would feel if they realized how misplaced their priorities have been. Compassionate children often feel that there wouldn't be any gain in making the parent face up to the damage they have inflicted on one of the most precious of human relationships.

If you mean the Irvine thing then all you have to do is ask - that's how I found out.
