Marth's mother passed away so Special Mtg. has been cancelled. I was always told not to bother the workers during rounds or at convention. To have the elder have the funeral? I am confused.

I bet an elder wouldn't have a funeral. The ones I know wouldn't. That is the workers job no matter how busy they are. This is today, not eons ago.

Not sure if there is statistical significance, but there is always one or two folk who decide to go cadaverous during conventions here. How inconsiderate of them.

Actually, it's quite theatrical. ....and so is the way you flaunt your sin...posting pictures of you and your companion...I guess they call it gay pride. This should be a new topic, but with apologies to all -- Theatrical guest, I'm wavering between being amused with you and annoyed with you. I'd be interested in your response to another topic -- why do you remain anonymous? I would think with strength of conviction such as yours, you would gladly back your statements with your good name. If you remain anonymous because you're worried about my kind seeking retribution against you -- or worse yet -- trying to convert you, no need to worry. We're a peaceable bunch, and I already have the toaster. But to respond to your post -- yes, my kind are known for being theatrical -- hence the term "drama queen". And if flaunting means defying convention by posting a picture of my boyfriend and me, then yes, I'm flaunting. And yes, you can call it gay pride. So in essence, I agree with you! Howzaboutthat?!

Firstborn, I responded to this yesterday but it was quite snippy, which I regret, so I deleted it. I appreciate anyone who thinks of me in prayer - but I would say that prayer predicated on the notion that my relationship with Baer is sinful is unnecessary prayer. Nevertheless, I do consider you a brother in Christ, and my prayer for you is that you would continue to seek the leading of God to grow in wisdom and understanding.

And to you as well my friend, and as Forest Gump would say...that's all I have to say about that!
