Is there going to be a West Coast picnic this year? Southern Oregon would be a good central area to meet. Maybe along the I-5 corridor. The Oregon coast is suppose to be beautiful tho.

Oregon is too near the eastern shores of the pacific. If you step off the sand you can get wet. Better to think of somewhere a bit further inland, at least for me !

;)Oh Gary Your such a worrier.  Remember that the eastern shores of the pacific ocean is the shallow end of the ocean. The deep end is over by Japan. Also the pacific was named that because its so peacful, why there are hardly any waves there and the water is quite warm, much like your local YMCA swimming pool. In June and July the weather is quite balmy and the water temperature may even be luke warm, so its ideal for swimming Gary. There are no public nudity laws on the beaches so you can even go skinny dipping. Be careful tho Gary, a fish may nibble on your thingy. :)Trust me on this Gary ;D I'll see you there Gary.
