I'm so glad for so many things
I just read a thread about using shame and guilt.
It is another one of those liberations Jesus does for us.
Since we know our sins have been forgiven by God
Our inner perspective changes so we don't get forced
into a guilt and shame trap by others.
They lord their sacrifices over others.
Jesus is the perfect cure for that kind of hoopla that people use on each other.
I should know, I used to try it on my parents and got away with alot I shouldn't of.
I tried it on my wife when I was married, no joy........
I see the TV commercials training the children in this art form also. How to use guilt and shame to get what you want........
It does work on some.
The secret is.........Our pride doesn't want us to know how superficial the whole process is.
Like animals we figure out what works for us.
Until we are shown better. Praise the Lord
