If a women who is professing in the 2x2 works in a factory where it is mandatory that they ware pants and that having long hair is a danger because it could get caught in machines---would they be excomed if they wore pants a lot and cut their hair?
In the short of it. Would any be excommed if their work required a complete change in appearence which is in direct opposition to the truth mind set.
Like what if you worked as a fed field agent in the US Homeland security. I read where they are required to be armed at all times--no acceptions. Would it be OK to be a packman in meetings?

In my observation, I have seen a woman who ive known all my life be ridiculed behind her back for having a job that would require pants. Very sad as she was always an inspiration to me.

Should be no reason why a women can't put her hair in a pony tail for work purposes but I ain't going to condem her if she cuts her hair

I think like many things, this issue has changed or is changing. I kknow a number of young professing women who wear trousers/pants for their work. In some jobs it is far more practical. Yes years ago workers may have been against trousers at all costs.
