in all my time in the truth i have never had a worker end the meeting by asking what we would like to hear more about in meeting, that happened today...
also we are not to listen in on phone meetings in other fields without permission from our own workers...no real reason given except that it is proper to do it that way?

I don't know what my answer would have been. But maybe this is a good time to look deeply into the return of Christ. When I was young I felt it could be at any time. Now I am much older and I still feel like it could be any time.

Was this a telephone meeting of your own meeting group? I've been in a gospel meeting where we were asked to pick among three options for the sermon. I never heard of that before either.

Been told they don’t want the system to crash is why they don’t want too many using it.

". Much was made about getting "permission" from a worker if attending an out of state convention in the 1970s. Eventually things evolve...There are some wonderful people in the ministry however but the power structure of the group leaves much to be desired. It is all about the system and not the people.
