youtu.be/pSzetad_6UQ?si=lGH8bsaOdDxT-kAlAn 81 year old white Democrat who has sponsored legislation with KKK members calls a 56 year old man "boy". I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the man was black..I.. Here is the article from before the white Democrat was our president. news.yahoo.com/joe-biden-on-racist-colleague-he-never-called-me-boy-153400998.html"âI was in a caucus with James O. Eastland,â Biden said and then, imitating a Southern accent, added that the senator ânever called me âboy,ââ a racial epithet used against black men. Another 2020 hopeful, Senator Cory Booker, D-New Jersey, tore into Biden comments in a statement released Wednesday, saying, âYou donât joke about calling black men âboys.â Men like James O. Eastland used words like that, and the racist policies that accompanied them, to perpetuate white supremacy and strip black Americans of our very humanity.â -------- Cory Booker forgot one... Men like James O. Eastland used words like that. Men like Joe Biden still do. Oh, but Joe Biden isn't a racist!!! Got that, "boy"?

If Trump was president and the numbers were looking as good as they are right now, you would say the economy is booming.

If Trump was president and the numbers were looking as good as they are right now, you would say the economy is booming. It's certainly better than it has been for most of his presidency. 4.2% increase in income is awesome. It helps to offset the record inflation over the past couple years. What is awesomer? The 6.8% increase with little to no inflation coupled with energy independence we had in 2019 under Trump. trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/articles/incomes-hit-record-high-poverty-reached-record-low-2019/But well done Biden.

Debt to GDP ratio is worth noting.
2018: 105%
2019: 107%
2020: 129%
2021: 124%
2022: 123%
It's trending down under Biden even though he's forgiven student debt etc and made steps towards a green economy.
Well done Biden.

Well done Biden. Odd little jump between 2018/2019 and 2020. Likely the effect of a virus which gutted everyone's GDP. The economy seems to have rebounded nicely under Biden though. At the rate he's going, it'll be back to Trump-era levels in... 8 years or so.... though if the rate is reflective of true "post pandemic" numbers (ie '21-'22), it'll be more like 16 years. So he'll need anywhere from 2 to 4 additional terms, based on the current rate, to get back to Trump's economy. We could speed it up a bit with some more wars I suppose.

GDP growth under Trump was nothing special. And he added a lot of debt in the process (after promising his gullible base that he would eliminate the debt over eight years). 31/12/2010 - 2.7089 31/12/2011 - 1.5499 31/12/2012 - 2.2807 31/12/2013 - 1.8419 31/12/2014 - 2.2878 31/12/2015 - 2.7064 31/12/2016 - 1.6675 31/12/2017 - 2.2419 31/12/2018 - 2.9454 31/12/2019 - 2.2944 31/12/2020 - (-2.7678 Recession) 31/12/2021 - 5.9455 31/12/2022 - 2.0616 thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/275003-trump-i-will-eliminate-us-debt-in-8-years/

Bill Clinton gave us a surplus instead of a deficit with a strong peacetime economy. Here's his plan to eliminate the national debt in 12 years. Were Clinton's supporters gullible? clintonwhitehouse3.archives.gov/WH/New/00BudgetFramework/appendix1.htmlClinton of course was extremely fortunate to govern when the US was an unparalleled superpower and was experiencing a housing and internet boom. He didn't inherit the legacy of 20 years of failed foreign policy and forever wars like Trump. So many variables. If people believing that Trumps peacetime economy could eliminate the debt are gullible, what adjective best describes people who think Ukraine could win a land war with Russia? Both scenarios seem far fetched, but only one of them doesn't get half a million people killed.
