if you stay away from your previous sins you wont have a problem come judgement day your sin is covered by Jesus blood. but if you still engage in your sin you will have to answer for it.

Yes true repentance means staying away from sinful acts.Sinful Things you used to do, you do them no more, because if you do, you will be back to square one. That reminds me of that old penticostal gospel hymn the used to sing in a penticostal church not very far from where we lived: Things I used to do, I do them no more, and the folks were clapping, dancing and beating the tamerines/ symbols making a Joyful noise to the Lord as they claimed. I suppose it was somewhat similar to what Miriam did.

If this were so, all Christians would be perfect, and that is sadly not the case. I once heard a definition of repentance as "I will not wilfully sin again." Most people need to ask for forgiveness on a daily basis, even for the smallest sin of omission or commission. The important thing is to recognise our sin and ask for forgiveness.

Do you own a gun curly? Do you go hunting and killing animals for sport? What other purpose would you own a gun in your country for except to hunt down animals and kill them?
It speaks for itself.

What kind of psychological desire does killing anything "for sport" fulfill in a person?

Well, then that being so again raises the question as to why is there something in killing "for sport" that fulfills a psychological desire in someone; does it not?

I own several firearms, all of which are used to provide me with meat. I stand by my previous comment about your sick worship.

Generally I don't miss but you may do as I have already answered you. I also wonder at the purpose of your question. Are you suggesting there is a similarity between killing babies because they are the wrong ethnicity and hunting?

I haven't killed anyone but you apparently have a gun and hunt and kill animals. I may be guilty of killing a flea or two but they bit me first.
Your right I didn't look far enough back and see your post. I only saw your answer to wally's one.

Yes, but what is sport for them is death for the animals. All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, the Lorde God made them all. Rise Peter, kill and eat, what God has cleansed call no one common or unclean. It appears that we can kill for food etc, culling or if threatened perhaps? but not just for sport like pigeon shooting- game.

For getting food? Some people depend on the meet they get from hunting to supplement their food supply.

What should be killed and what shouldn't? In my state it is illegal to kill your own dog or cat even if it is ill. But you can kill a woodchuck with impunity. Or a pig or cow. On the other hand who would not try to kill parasites living in their intestines. And you hardly ever see people protesting the wholesale killing of Trichinella spiralis. Ants are sprayed with nerve poison without giving it a thought that life is being terminated in a painful way. Mice are trapped in sticky traps and left to starve to death. Is there a difference between a trophy hunter and a lepidopterist?

Is there a difference between a trophy hunter and a lepidopterist? True. When I was in high school in our biology class we were suppose to collect a group of insects.
I did it very well. Had the best collection in class.
It wasn't until many years later when I reflected on it that I wished that I hadn't killed all those beautiful creatures.

And I squash a cockroach and use some methods to get ants away from my food and absolutely can't stand to have flies on my food!
and so it goes...

My cat insists on going out on the town at night & then comes strolling home in the wee hours of the morning covered with fleas!
So I have an abundant supply of fleas.
