Some of you might all ready know there is a Facebook group for people attending meetings but don't necessarily agree with all their doctrine's. If you want to have the info PM me. I like the TMB so far. Lots of diversity. Kind of like a family that's full of the most haywire nuts and bolts but they seem to stick it out and there's not a lot of "fake" here that many feel in meetings and among most of our people. If someone doubts God they say it. It's honest. It's okay to disagree. It's okay to question. Many have been burned by us fellow 2&2s. Jesus came to save sinners, not the righteous. |

At least, at this point. I am very new here and already lost a friend. DennisJ. It doesn't matter so much what his viewpoints were, he was loyal to his friends and enemies. I notice here that people can be downright frustrating and still they tolerate one another🥴. An all professing site would, in these times, be full of self-righteousness. No one to take them down a peg or two because we're not ALLOWED to disagree and so there's just way too much arrogance in the truth today. Worse out of the truth often, tbh. A little leaven leavens the whole lump. |

Thanks Iam, you have summed it up very well. Long live TMB, a place where diverse friends can meet, and still remain friends.
Dennis was diverse and individual, and many of us had a run in with him. But we still loved him and you can see that respect when you read the thread "Vale Dennis Jacobson". We may not have always agreed with his posts, but we respected the man. And that is the way it should be, a forum where anybody can post their thoughts without fear, and keep respect for those with a different perspective. That is good for our soul, and everybody else. Being honest is the best way to live your life, don't pretend.
