Behind closed doors, he was not so nice. When I answered my parents' long-held questions regarding when and how the worker's professing way got started, he informed her I was condemned to hell. So much for loving your enemy. On top of that, can you imagine telling a parent their child is condemned to hell? ? Certainly, this is not the Spirit of Christ.

So much for loving your enemy. On top of that, can you imagine telling a parent their child is condemned to hell? ? Certainly, this is not the Spirit of Christ. I knew Frank when he was the younger worker starting out. They preached the “truth” started and continued from Jesus day, and that many people will go to hell, even within the 2x2, and even some workers will go to hell. I feared I might go to hell too and when my parents ask about themselves I told them they would go to hell too. That was the company line back then. Today I don’t think there is a hell and regret how I once thought and how much pain religion has, and continues to inflict. I like many was a victim of the time and circumstances. The best I can do is break the cycle and don’t repeat my past regrets.
