I am assisting a friend in collecting all of the CSA cases that are available and can't seem to find what I need to help this person. This person would appreciate all the names, conviction information, and any links or ways of compiling a list of sexual offenders that must be completely credible. I will be making the list, so I will ask that all that is available will be posted here, in this post, or links put here that I can research this. Time is important, so I am asking on behalf of this friend that ALL of the information, regardless of when it happened, would be included here. Please do not take it for granted that I have any information, because even though I know of quite a few, I need to approach this as if I knew nothing of the names or incidents.
My friend will appreciate this, and will reveal the thanks and outcome of their case that these needs will help in, if this person chooses to reveal their identity, if they can, but I will thank all that contribute in advance, and hope for as much help as possible.
Thank you, and all that contribute will remain confidential, if they choose to PM rather than post.

I think that most of the information concerning these issues can be found either on WINGS (regarding convictions) or on the BTS board (concerning arrests and convictions) wingsfortruth.info/convicted.htmwingsbts.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=csainthenews

Hi Scott,
Recently you posted, on the main board, information from another site in respect to the naming in the Australian Senate of a Catholic priest in the case of immoral, and perhaps illegal, behavior.
This has been slated as CSA. It has nothing to do with CSA at all.
The priests involved with ADULTS at the time. The only debate, as far as I am aware, is whether the 24 year old 6 foot 2 priest was totally consenting to the actions.
I believe you do no real good to your cause by dragging the Senators harmful and degrading remarks into this forum.

It's a shock that so many posters come across as either soft on the issue of child abuse in the church, or even supporting it. Massey and the latest anonymous poster seem to fit that group. If you don't, say so.
How anyone can oppose bringing child abuse and the abusers into the light is beyond me. Read JO's post below and see the devastating effect that these abusers have had on many, many children brought up in professing homes and on convention grounds. Some of the sexual abuse of children has happened under the noses of trusting parents who offered hospitality and opened their homes to the sick abusers.
Those of you who support covering this up disgust me.

I for one am NOT soft on CSA. I am appalled as any decent person should be.
However, it was simply pointed out that what the good senator was espousing under Parliament privilege was NOT CSA.
Immorality of adults should not be confused with CSA.
Be shocked that peoples reputations can be destroyed by unwise words from people who think they are abreast of all the facts.
I am sure that Massey (whoever he/she may be) and I, hope that ALL people who betray childrens (and their parents) trust, are dealt with by the courts in the most severe manner.

I appreciate your response to mine. I'm sorry I jumped to the wrong conclusion. Good on you for your strong and uncompromising statement against CSA, whether it be at the hands of a family member, friend or trusted 'servant' of God.

Folks, the reference to Sen Xenophon was in relation to some people in Vic/SA potentially intending to provide information to him so that it may be treated in the same manner as the RCC priest case... I don't think the actual case at hand (naming the RCC priest) referred to CSA, but the discussion was in regards to using Sen Xenophon to 'name and shame

I am assisting a friend in collecting all of the CSA cases that are available and can't seem to find what I need to help this person. If you are looking for all cases in the US I think your best bet would be the FBI crime statistics. Some states also keep records. Most statistical compilations do not include names. You might be able to get names off of the sexual offender list. What did you do to make the list? That is an easy assumption.

[Why don't you spend your time on something positive and uplifting instead of muck raking ]
I wholeheartedly agree with this comment .
Cosidering you are not revealing who wants this info OR WHY , I would ask you lazarus 66 to NOT proceed with this as NO GOOD will come from it.
Those who need to know ie Police and Senior Workers in the relevant areas are the only ones that need to know the details.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
The only thing that is worthwhile doing and will have the greatest effect in the long term is to PRAY for both the accused and the victims.

If no one else needs to know about such things, why are sex offenders legally obligated to report to a registry that is made public for all to see? This information is very important to anyone that may be around these dangerous people and more importantly their children.
