This from my brother Rocky. My sister-in-law fought a long difficult battle with cancer
Cheryl Jeanne (Ryan) Ross
November 12, 1948 – July 5, 2010
To all of Cheryl’s great friends,
This message is one we have all expected but certainly did not look forward to. Cheryl passed away peacefully at home at about 10:10 in the morning of July 5, surrounded by Rocky, Heidi, Jason, and Jennifer.
There will be an informal memorial gathering for Cheryl from 12 to 3 on Sunday, July 11, at Beall Park in Bozeman, Montana. Lunch will be catered, and all are welcome to come and go as desired.
We will write more later, but for now we just want to get the word out. Feel free to pass this on to others who knew Cheryl.
Love to all,
Rocky, Heidi, Jennifer, Jason, Nicole, and Ruby
...from Bozeman, where massive clouds, somber and dark, veiled the Big Sky of Montana as they brooded over the Gallatin Valley, caressing the surrounding peaks of the Rocky Mountains with their ebb and flow, threatening the rain, hail, lightning, and thunder of previous days, but in all their bluster at last unable to overpower the spectacular beauty, warmth, and promise of the setting sun that pierced the gloom at the end of life’s day, July 5, 2010.
