I’ve been having some discussions with another former member on a different board.
These discussions have been quite mild in my book, and have not even come close to the heated talks involving Nathan or others on this board.
So I was quite surprised today when he stated that I was angry, bitter, and that I outright hated him. But more surprisingly he wondered if I was violent and if I wanted to actually kill him (I believe he was being serious). Oh and then he went on to say that my soul was lost and that he felt sorry for my wife and child… ha…
Is this guy off his rocker, or has it been perceived that I ever wanted to MURDER someone because of conversations on these boards?
I think in the past I've wanted to punch some of you in the nose a few times, but kill someone?

Sounds just like like C. Moore (TX) ranting about G. DeVoll. I'm convinced that there are some people who just do not understand other people, and cannot read them. They haven't a clue.
A lady wrote me lately trying to get me to go back to meetings. She had read my story, and thought it was a cry for help! She couldn't read people either!

Bryan, I don't think you come across as wanting to hurt anyone much less murder anyone but I must say in the times I have talked to you over the last 4 years and the things I have read in your posts here and elsewhere I find that you have a very sarcastic sense of humor and you do come on a bit strong most of the time. I understand your passion in what you believe and think it is good and learning the finer points of communicating will come with experience and age. Hang in there and the "wet behind your ears" will go away eventually.

fwiw,
I've found our discussions to be very civil. And have enjoyed them. (Maybe the other chap is going through some troubling times...and needs to relax and get a good sleep).
(Lack of sleep --without time for the brain to "houseclean" and dream--has been proven to cause paranoida).

and typos..and spelling mistakes...and all kinds of things. Including paranoid behaviour. (I don't think the scientists have even discovered "paranoida" yet...)
Oh well, at least the mistake in my previous posting gives me another chance to perfect my typing skills further!...as I try to hit the right keys for the security check...again!

Who me?
And don't you think that's what makes this whole thing ironic, in that the person who fears I might murder them is the one I'm confronting for coming off a bit strong... HA!

Why is it always about you? Because I'm BRYAN, that's why... Have you forgotten who I am? Do I need to remind you each week that it's always all about me? When are you going to get this though your thick head... Everyone who is not a troll... Oh wait, that must mean...

Yes, knowing you like I do I do think that you believe it's all about you. You even said so. BTW... you never answered the question. I would imagine that your employer doesn't know.

Bryan, get your gold-bricken' arse outa my buildin' Did you forget that I've already given you my notice and my last day is on the 30th? And that gives you a license to keep stealing from him? Stealing time that you are being paid not working?

Likely because your employer doesn't know and you know it is dishonest of you to your employer to be doing so? for the love of pete... If you knew what I did you would not be asking such questions... So let me try to slow things down and explain it to you... The majority of my day is sitting at my desk installing software and such... So for example, the AET image for this fall requires that I install Design Institute 7 from Autodesk which is 33 CD’s long…I will have to do this a few times and installing the software requires I wait for one disk to get done and then load another disk and then another and so on… This process takes a good portion of the day… and so in-between CDs I have about 3 to 4 minutes to respond to stupid posts like your own. Another example is what I’m doing right now… Peter’s M70 laptop came back with a corrupt registry key that requires booting into the XP setup disk and repairing the install (hopefully that will be it). This means I have to sit here for a few minutes and watch to make sure the repair does not flake out (otherwise it will be 6 hours worth of work). And so instead of twiddling my thumbs and staring into space, I’m explaining myself to you as a nice gesture of my good heartedness. Are we clear?
