Clearday and I are still nutting out a few basics that we would like to employ here to ensure a hospitable environment.

In the meantime, please do not use this area to harass workers and initiate hostilities. If you are really passionate about something and want an argument, please take it to the main board. Or we will delete it or move it.

Please try to keep one thread about one question. It would be great to see a Q&A section stay on topic for ease of reference.

We want to foster genuine, open dialogue.

Our vision for this site was to have a simple Q&A site, no discussion. Anyone could ask a question and workers could choose to answer or not. Commentary by posters would be disallowed as worker answers would stand for themselves. Clarification questions could be asked though.

However, I have contacted a couple of workers whom I thought would be most likely to participate here. Both have chosen not to participate for a variety of reasons. One comment was that this idea might be "ahead of its time."

So, for the time being, this board will be largely unmoderated and perhaps we can discuss what we perceive as current worker beliefs, teachings and practices.

Perhaps at some point a worker(s) will contact us and we can start a truly Worker Q&A board.
