Have any of you read the book "Stolen innocence" by Elissa Wall? I just started it. She grew up in the FLDS sect.

This book is quite interesting and although a different religious group,I find that the author's experience in many ways mirrors things that I have heard you people here talk about.

I have this book being held at the library for me. I read "Escape" about a year ago. It is fascinating. Just read "Under the Banner of Heaven". It gave alot of history in the Mormon LDS and FLDS. It's a trip that people believe this stuff... but again I was raised in a "peculiar" little religion myself, and I can understand that when you are raised to believe something and that its all about "faith"... especially if you are seperated from the rest of "the world" maybe it's not too hard to relate to some of the stuff.
