Was grieved to hear of Sally's passing. It is a comfort to know she won't suffer any longer and is in a better place. Have no further info.

Sally is her aunt. Sally M. Clites Retired Postmaster of Elliottsburg Sally Marie Clites, 61, of Elliottsburg, PA. Passed away at home, on Friday, September 19, 2008. She was born on February 3, 1947, to the late Merle and Lila Wallace of Blain, PA. She graduated from West Perry High School in 1965. Sally was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 25 years, serving in many Post Offices in Cumberland and Perry Counties. She was the Postmaster in Elliottsburg from September 1996 until her retirement in February 2007. Sally loved the Lord, following His teachings as a non-denominational Christian. Sally loved her family, having concern for their natural and spiritual welfare. Sally loved her community, considering everyone she met to be her neighbor. Surviving are her husband of over 42 years, Richard L. Clites; a son, Ronald L. And Stephanie Clites of Carlisle, and children Kalyn, Robert, Alexis and Ian; a son, Timothy L. And Linda Clites of Middleburg, VA, and children Isaak, Lukas and Tyler; a daughter, Sue and Mark Noble of Ft. Washington, PA, and children, Matthew, Zachariah, and Lilianna; and a son, Daniel B.Clites and Kate Wright of Philadelphia, and their son, Zolani. Also surviving are her brother, Gard Wallace of Blain; her brother, Allen Wallace of Mechanicsburg; and her sister, Flo Morrison of Landisburg. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 11 a.m., in the Perry Mennonite Reception Center, 350 Green Park Road, Elliottsburg, PA (located midway between Landisburg and Green Park on Route 233) with Ministers Albert Knaggs and Delmar Stockwell officiating. A viewing will be held at the Reception Center on Monday, September 22, 2008 from 7-9 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Clites Family Burial Site in Elliottsburg. Arrangements are being handled by the Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association Hospice, 3315 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
