Hmmmm.... Sounds like a guy I went to school with.... He couldn't handle drinking very well, and when he was drunk he got pretty sloppy..... Yep his name was Joe! I wouldn't recommend looking for him though Gem.... Scott

I generally make sloppy joes with 1 lb ground beef 1/2 c. ketchup 1 Tbsp mustard !/8 c. brown Sugar
I just add until I think it tastes good

Mine is similar to Illinois Gal, but I use...
tomato sauce mustard brown sugar bbq sauce diced onion when frying the hamburger
Sorry... I'm pretty random so I don't know how much I use of each thing... it just kind of happens!
