Anyone believe that Scott Peterson will really get death? Or will he spend time in Death Row? Scott Peterson is an evil man. Even if his mother threw a crying fit for the jury to spare his life. SCOTT IS EVIL! I am sick of hearing about this case!

SCOTT IS EVIL! I am sick of hearing about this case! I don’t believe he should have been found guilty since the prosecution couldn’t even establish a cause of death.

Even though he has been sentenced to death, it doesn't mean he'll actually be put to death. It just means we'll spend a lot of taxpayers' money on appeals. I've always been in favor of a 6x6 cell, a hole in the floor for a toilet, and bread and water as a substitute for capital punishment. After all, let's make the assh*!e suffer. There is much irony in this case. The leading cause of death for pregnant women is homicide at the hands of the baby's father. Repugnant, isn't it? So this happens a lot, why did this particular case catch the lime light? I don't know, but I'm sick of hearing about it too. I'm glad he was found guilty, and even though I haven't made up my mind about the death penalty in general, and even though I'd prefer the 6x6 cell for this man, I admit that it does give me some satisfaction that the jury recommended death for him. He is evil. Bryan, I think we can assume that the jury knows more about this than we do.
