much ado about nothing.... You are right - it is one of those lock-box things like the little devices they have for toddlers shoes so the kids will not keep untying their shoes. I have never seen personal body armor that has a clasp as big as the one on Bush's back. Most are secured with flat velcro straps to make them fit as tightly as possible. Can anyone think of a reason why the president has a cigarette box size device to hold his vest on? 1. - Maybe it is a GPS unit in case he wonders off. 2. - Maybe it is one of those "fenceless" dog fences to keep Bush within bounds. 3. - Maybe it was a taser to zap him if he got into trouble.
