I don't want to influence anyone's decision or anything, but I hope everyone remembers how important it is to get out and vote.
Just a general reminder that Republicans vote on Nov. 2, and Democrats vote on Nov. 3.
Go vote!

Oh shoot....I'm democrat, but voting for Bush. I guess I'll have to wait until the 3rd. Thanks so much for telling me! ;D
Part of an email I received:
You have an IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT on Tuesday, Nov. 2 ... to exercise your right to VOTE!
We urge you to take the time to vote on this critical Election Day....
BECAUSE YOUR VOTE MATTERS:
* One vote elected Thomas Jefferson to the presidency in 1800.
* One vote granted statehood to California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
* One vote made Lyndon B. Johnson (our 36th president) a Senator in 1948.
BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IMPACTS OUR NATION’S FUTURE:
* When you vote for our leaders, you also help determine how our nation will deal with CRITICAL ISSUES like abortion - judicial nominations (including the possibility of one or more appointments to the Supreme Court of the United States) - the war on terrorism - marriage and family - religious liberties in our schools and workplaces - and much more!
BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE AS A CHRISTIAN:
* Exodus 18:21 says “... select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain, and you shall place these over them as leaders.”
* This is a precious opportunity for you to be “SALT AND LIGHT” to our nation.
BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IS A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION!

Publicans will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven !
Don't know about Re-publicans. Have you repented then gone back to your old ways ? Your voting kind off rings that way !

BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE AS A NON-CHRISTIAN. (Jew, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhists, Atheist, etc.) Shyah, right. YOUR VOTE IS NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION! Voting is not an obligation. It's a right, but it can be taken away (felons). If voting were an obligation, then felons would still be able to vote. The feds would be hunting down eligible voters who don't vote. I would have been hunted down several years ago already. The "obligation" bit that people try to force down my throat makes me not want to vote. Just like if I were to say it's your obligation to get involved with every neighborhood function. If someone doesn't find any of the candidates worth voting for, for whatever reasons, then is it their obligation to vote for someone they do not in office? Oh yeah, you'll say that there's always the 'write-in' spot. andy
