I am asking any CA citizen to elect Bustamante for governor of CA. Shortnigga shouldn't be elected governor since he is pro-gay, anti-gun and pro-abortion. And he married a Shriver oops Kennedy. Bustamante also didn't endorse Davis in the last election.
COUNTDOWN TO CHAOS? The candidate filing period closes at 5:00 pm PST (8:00 pm EST) in Saturday in the bizarre California recall race for Governor. DavisThus far, approximately 600 people have picked up candidacy papers for the race. The real question, however, is how many will actually return the forms by the deadline with the 65 signatures and $3,500 filing fee (or 10,000 signatures and no fee). As of Friday night, only 17 candidates out of 598 had actually completed the filing process. Movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger (R), former Major League Baseball Commissioner Peter Ueberroth (R), investment banker and '02 nominee Bill Simon Jr. (R), Lieutenant Governor gin& Bustamante (D), State Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi (D), porn publisher Larry Flynt (D), TV pundit Arianna Huffington (Independent), and various third party candidates seem certain to be on the ballot. The clock is ticking now as to how many of the others will really file. No matter what, Governor Gray Davis (D) looks to be facing an uphill fight to survive the recall. Davis seems to be relying on a strategy of attacking the recall as being a right-wing power grab. That argument will have trouble gaining traction now that Schwarzenegger is the GOP frontrunner in the race -- as he's pro-choice, pro-gay civil unions, pro-gun control, etc. Stopping just short of a full endorsenent, President Bush weighed in on behalf of the Terminator: "I think he'd be a good Governor," said Bush on Friday.
