Sin means missing the mark. Unwilling to live the perfect live of Jesus as identified by your workers. They believe the people of this world are too narrow in their definition. In addition to scriptural references like murder, adultery, theft, and hatered, they include hair/dress infractions, missing too many meetings and various trivial things. The missing the mark illustration used with archery is usually given to describe SIN.

Sin is defined by the workers I've heard, as disobedience to Gods word. On reading the bible I've discovered that that is also how Jesus taught it.
