I am simply amazed that by asking GiT to address inconsistencies in his writings I would be accused of being a bully, attacking him, hating him, and wanting to destroy him...
To those who make such charges against me - are you really that ignorant?
How pathetic...

I don't think it's because you asked him to address inconsistencies, Bryan. I think it's more comments like "That would be like wishing for my 29th birthday" or whatever your exact words were. Basically saying that it's impossible for someone to be saved? Nice. M.

But it would have saved a whole lot of misunderstanding for everyone if he'd just admitted that he actually hadn't clearly read the initial post he responded to (which mentioned something about hoping for GIT's salvation).

I just now read that, *after I posted this. SO, to be fair, yes I guess that's possible. M.

If you read my reply on that thread, you would have seen that I believe he IS saved... and that was the reason for my comments... Please do not assume so much based on so little... it makes both of us look foolish...

I am not sure if you want to destroy GIT or even if you can. But I do know, with some depressed people they are reaching out.... just wanting to be loved... to continue to degrade them... just might push them over the edge. I think we need to realize that words can hurt and they are dangerous.

Regarding challenging GiTs inconsistent presentation of his beliefs I agree with Bryan. I feel exactly the same way. Why? Very simply, I want to know if I can have true fellowship or not. Is the sense of brotherhood real or pretend? Fellowship founded on word games and double intendre isn't fellowship at all.
GiT, I have been deeply disappointed. I was stunned at the exclusivity beaming from your first two posts to "Monica". Then sadly, when challenged to clarify your position, you responded vehemently. You made no effort to recant your statements of exclusivity, but instead declared your exclusive beliefs with even stronger language. This saddens me because you clearly have missed the point. What you don't understand is that there those that actually want to believe that there are members that do not hold to exclusive beliefs and consider them lost.....that there are some that we can have true fellowship with. I felt that perhaps you represented a truly enlightened minority within the fellowship. Those hopes have been dashed.

It has come...I could NOT agree more. I think there are many who need to realize this here; I include myself. M.
