Did her family profess at one time? Do they still profess? Just wondering if it is urban legend that she grew up in a professing home...

Seems like this question keeps reapearing!! Does it really matter if she did or didn't?
We all have heard the Princess Victoria story, but what difference does it make?

I think it is natural that "professing" folks are curious about mainstream folks that have had contact with the truth.
Many of us were raised that everyone on the earth at one point will come in contact with the friends and have a chance at salvation if they are an honest soul searching. This is what I was told as a child when I asked about all the people that live on the earth that don't know about meetings and if they would still go to heaven.
For many years people said that one of the lead singers from U2 came to a gospel mtg and then wrote the song I still haven't found what I am looking for. Probably urban legend.
In our area there is a young lady that is a former call girl and has professed for a few years. I only know this because I saw her with a gentlemen in hotel where I was staying for a confrence in another state. I searched online and found her website listed on escorts for our local area. Several months later her website went down. I searched her work name in google and it was commonly posted that she had "retired".That was a few years ago and we still see her at the meetings. Some people talk because she doesn't make it out much to the meetings as she once did. I know for a fact she works several jobs trying to make ends meet. I find it ironic that when she was living that life she was always at the meetings and nobody talked. Now that she has gotten the victory and cannot come as often now people talk.
She keeps to herself but I have always admired her spirit and I have never heard her say a negative word against another. She was very famous in a underground sort of way and it makes you wonder how many other double lives there are in truth.
I remember a testimony she had some time ago. She was speaking about those in the bible who served God in places where everyone hated God. And who served in least likely places. She said her desire was to serve God and be a light even in places where everyone would hate God. She said she wanted to do what was right, even when nobody else would know or be looking. She also commented that we can't always change the place we are in, but we can always change how we live in our place. Knowing her secret, I found her testimony extra special.
I am sure many famous people have had contact with someone in truth at some point.

Well, she lost out now. So what does it matter.
