Uh huh. What is your Associate Degree? I don't have much in the way of what we call here "tertiary education"

My degree is in Accounting and computer specialty (programs like Access, Excel, Word, etc.). It's simply a 2 year degree instead of a 4 year. We qualified to have a 2 year education paid for due to losing our jobs...so I took them up on it! M.

I see. I LOVE computers and worked with them since the early '80's. It is after 9 pm here in Australia. I am just reading my daily science articles before going to bed.

I have a lot of data that I need to slice and dice in a number of ways. For one analysis I have created a pivot table that consists of just 2 columns: Error conditions (one row per condition in the pivot table) costs of the errors (nicely summed by error condition in the pivot table) My problem is that I would like to also have a column with the average cost of each error condition. The only solution I could think of was to add a column of '1s' to the original data and use that as a counter in the pivot table. And ideas?

Guest...sorry, I didn't learn much about pivot tables in my limited time with Excel. We did go over them briefly...anyone with Excel knowledge should be able to help you if you really need it... ummm...I'm not sure, but I think, from what I remember vaguely, that you probably can't do that. You would have to make the same table again and set it up for averages instead of the actual cost... good luck with it! M.

OK I found it. ;D NEW ".sheesh" TLD ANNOUNCED Australia (January 29, 1998) - The Australian Root Server Confederation (AURSC) and the International Root Server Confederation (IRSC) are pleased to announce, in cooperation and with permission from Ellen Rony, a new TLD. The TLD known as .SHEESH was created by Adam Todd, AURSC founder, as a gift for Ms. Rony in response to the number of times she has had to say "Sheesh!" to the gTLD/CORE process in the domain policy mailing list. Todd explained, "I felt some kind of site was needed since it appears Ellen was the first to make the "Sheesh!" comment in a public forum. Considering its adoption by many others over the past two years, I'm sure the site will provide a legacy of entertainment." Ms. Rony will no doubt post a tribute to those who have recently used the expression on the web site entry point at www.domainhandbook.com/sheesh.html. People saying "Sheesh!" range from AURSC and IRSC founder, Adam Todd, to many of the Domain Policy List subscribers. Revenues from .SHEESH TLD registrations will be used to promote a 200-step recovery program for sufferers of Post Traumatic Sea Monkey Syndrome (PTSMS), also known in the non-medical community as SMAD (Sea Monkey Affective Disorder). According to sea monkey pundit Ralf, the Librarian, PTSMS is "an ailment from whose intense grief, remorse, brain damage, and social stigmatization complete recovery isn't possible. I'm afraid any hope of full recovery is unrealistic given today's medical knowledge. In fact, such belief is probably just another one of PTSMS' many manifestations.". ;D
