I understand that there are friends in Israel, Lebanon and United Arab Emirates among the Middle Eastern nations. I am not sure about Egypt and North Africa. Geri W. from southern Ohio preached in Israel and Lebanon for awhile.

There are millions of Christians in Egypt. I don't think there are any friends there though - in generations gone by workers have gone there (one of speak's past overseers (Willie Phyn) was there), but don't think there are any now. Iran is an exciting place regarding christianity at present - it's strongly growing there but because of the political/religious regime of the place the majority of christians meet in home groups. It reminds me quite a bit of the story of China in the last century. It will be interesting to see if it develops similarly. As speak says, no friends or workers in Iran at this time.

Thanks, for the information. There are workers in some Arabs countries... they are waiting for things to settled/calm down... When the right time comes God will open the door for them to ENTER and give these people an opportunity in hearing the gospel of Christ. Jesus said "This gospel of the kingdom shall be PREACHED to ALL nations, then the end comes." This is the Gentiles time to hear and receive the gospel invitation when He comes back then the door will be closed for His 1000 yrs Rule and Reign on the earth with His people.
Romans 11:22-32 22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou/Gentiles continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. And they also, if they/the Jews abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again. For if thou/Gentiles wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. For as ye/Gentiles in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

Q1. Any professing folks in Iran or Iraq?
A1. Yes most profess.
The Shahadah is the Muslim profession of of belief in the oneness of God and on Muhammad as his final Prophet. Recitation of the shahadah is one of the Five Pillars of Islam for Muslims and is said daily.

It's noteworthy that the 2x2 have hijacked the word "professing" to have an "insiders meaning"; ie like cults do.
