40 plus years after his death, he remains one of the best known singers of the past. His picture is more recognized than Jerry Lee Lewis, Eddie Cochran, Paul Anka,Tom Jones, Frankie Avalon, Tiny Tim, Perry Como, Eric Burden, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Roy Orbison, Johnny Rivers, Chuck Berry, Ricky Nelson, Carl Perkins, Otis Redding, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and other greats of the day. How does EP seem to live forever?

He was the King? I actually never liked him that much. Thought some of his songs rocked, but overall he really doesn't appeal to me.
