Me too Yknot, great song. "When will they ever learn". Don't think so.
Can't say I am a flower more of a weed, that can't be got rid of. That's why I am still here.

Thanks yknot, made me feel a whole lot better about myself.
I have a front lawn, made up with educated weeds. Have been educated with the lawnmower.

Can't use the lemon, makes the place smell. Also a bit scary for the neighbours.

]They were the days, no doubt. I did not realize that there was a "Live in France" recording of this song. Very evocative for me. My memories of this song are, at age 17, walking down the streets of Paris, arms linked with my classmates, singing "Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end..." It feels like I just blinked, and here it is, nearly 40 years later. Weirdly enough, there was poignancy to this as we were singing it on the streets of Paris. Even though we were all so young, I think we had a sense for the truth of it, even then. And here I am, "older now and no wiser". And now Terry Jacks "Seasons in the Sun" has started playing in my youtube window. Oh my. Probably time for a nostalgia-fest in song.

I was just 17 and had just left home, had a break up with a pretty serious boyfriend and was pretty down and out about the whole thing. Now you've done it, I'm going to have to go listen to it!

No, no value. As an old Man, I weed all night, I weed all day, but am still here. Redback, there is hope for you yet. There has always been Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Now after much breeding and testing and inbibing there is a new wine on the market especially for those who are on the slippery side of 50. It is called Pinot More.

Sorry Curly, I am "On the Wagon". If I were to have a Pinot More it would be Pinot- more- more-more-more,etc. I would end up completely pinoted.
