Reading the Liberal Quaker one was pretty cool... I can see why I was a good match with that one. They don't necessarily prescribe to certain beliefs on the big topics.

I was surprised at the JW's. Me too! They are such jokers. Ringing the bell and then jumping out and surprising the homeowner!

Yeh, some of the results are surprising but when considering that many answers didn't adequately express what I thought about a question it's inevitable that some strange 'boxing in' will occur.

One question on that site is "What would an atheist world look like?" I have wondered this but have never seen it in print. Causes me to wonder. What if we had not been born into christian families. What if there was no primary belief system. What if most people did not believe in a supreme being. What if . . .
Do you suppose we would have a fairer court system? Hoooeeee! You can bet your life! Just imagine, no better-than-thou cops or judges judging with their religion rather than their hearts. What a dream! That would be a world with a blue sky.
But that would never work. Too many people need drama and one of drama's seeds is religion.

humans also require a higher being to look to for order

New Age.
In The Beginning was The Big Bang. That was God's act of creation. All things are part of the creation & therefor are part of the wholeness of God. We as humans are sparks of divinity & it is our goal...whether we consciously know it or not...to discover that we are divine, and it is also part of our goal to reunite with God, from whence we originally sprang.
Earth is a school to which we keep returning until we have learned the needed lessons. Any questions?

humans also require a higher being to look to for order Why do you think this is so? Given the confusion we see here regarding what the bible really means (assuming the bible speaks for that higher power) it is doubtful that it could provide a very clear guide to anyone.
