Here's a yummy recipe for the whole family. I don't know what to call it - it's a Campbell's Recipe I modified to suit my taste:
Chicken (approx 3 breasts in a package), cut up and stir-fried Potatoes (about 4 medium-sized) cut up, pre-cooked in the microwave and mixed with the cooked chicken while still on the burner
Add in: 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (here in the States, a normal can is about 10 oz or so) 1/2 cup salsa
Mix everything together and top with cheese - I serve it with tortillas.
You can also add onions, bell peppers, carrots, or whatever other veggie you'd like to the chicken and potato mixture before adding the soup and salsa. Sometimes I add in a bit of sour cream to the final mixture before topping it with cheese.
It's quite tasty and very easy to make.

Easy Stroganoff (sp?)
Sorry.... I'm not a recipe follower, so I don't have great measurements...just approximations..
Brown beef (1/2 - 1 lb) (cut up thinly sliced, or ground beef) with onion and minced garlic (add sliced mushrooms if you want)
Boil 1/2 package whole wheat "egg noodles"
Add 1/2 cup beef stock or beef bullion dissolved in water to beef (add a splash of red wine if you have some!) If you add wine, let it cook like that for a while.
Add 1 small container of sour cream to beef mixture
Mix in cooked noodles and serve

Mmmmm, sounds yummy Juliette. And easy. That's always a plus in my book - especially since I hate cooking so much. LOL ;D

Thanks No-Name! I do a similar dish - just change the tortillas for pasta mix with the chicken and soup mixture... and then sprinkle cheese on and bake it until the cheese is melted Yum Juliette! Thanks for such an easy recipe too!
