Here is a very simple recipe I made myself.
Its called:
Salsa Chicken
What you need: 9in x 9in cake pan 4 fresh or thawed Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Lemon Pepper Salsa
What you need to do: ~Preheat your oven to 375-400 ~Slap your chicken breasts into a 9in by 9in cake pan. ~Sprinkle them with lemon pepper to your taste (i douse them, I love lemon pepper) ~Cover all the chicken with salsa ~Bake til chicken is done.
The chicken will be so savory and will be so moist it will melt in your mouth!
A good side dish to the above recipe is:
Normandy Veggies
What you need: a Skillet A bag of frozen normandy veggies Canola oil salt
What you need to do: ~Dump them there veggies into the skillet. ~pour a little oil in, 'til its about 1/4 inch deep ~Cook on medium-high ~Cover ~Stir occasionally til they scorch a little (scorching makes it taste SOOO much better, but dont ~scorch too much ~Drain ~Shake a lil salt over them there veggies ~Eat with Salsa Chicken
YUMMY

Ya know...
That reminds me of my friend porky. He was a really cool pig.
This traveling salesman had his car break down by a farm, and asked for a ride to town. The farmer said sure, just as soon as I feed my critters.
The salesman walked out to the barn with the farmer and was looking around, and saw ol' porky in this pen. When the farmer came over to feed porky, the salesman asked why ol' porky had a wooden leg.
Well, the farmer said, that there pig saved my life! I was tilling up the hill over there when the tractor rolled over and pinned me underneath. That pig came running up the hill, saw I was stuck and about to die, and ran back to the house and somehow managed to get inside and call 911. Yep that there pig saved my life.
The farmer started to walk away, but the salesman said, hey wait a minute. That doesn't explain why this pig has a wooden leg!
Well the farmer said, a good pig like that, you don't want to eat him all at once!
Poor ol' porky....

Would it be okay if I skip that part about slapping my chicken breasts, and just give them a few gentle strokes instead?
