Some friends and workers demonstrate commitment to their beliefs and calling. It is evident in their conversation, in the things they do, places they go, way they present themselves. Some send out contradictory messages by their behavior which confuses. Should behavior be aligned to beliefs and commitment?
Can we profess but follow the popular trends at the same time? Is that commitment, or not?

My comitment is totally spiritual. It is in my heart and soul and has nothing to do with outer appearance. Trends come and go just as we age and change therefore they have nothing to do with my inner self, which endures. I will follow what trends in fashion I think fit, without offending. Those who criticise and teach that fashion is wrong and one must dress in a way to draw attention to weirdness have lost their joy. They damage the Way. They have lost their love. When they point out these things to people, always women, they demonstrate a meaness of spirit. They cause despondency. They are not of truth which is peace, joy and love.

All are sincere, otherwise they wouldn't do it, would they? Some are sincerley right. Some are sincerely wrong. Sincerity has nothing to do with correctness.
