anyone know what happened to worker Tim Bland? He went back to be a fighter pilot of something? Or is he in the waiting to take over from Ben Crompton one day?

Someone said the other day that Denise Eliot, Irish worker is not on the list. Where is she? No one has heard of Ruth Brown for some time, or the Bell brothers? Where are they all? Denise is abroad I think, shes not on the 2004/05 list either. Not sure of any the others. I notice there are always loads of different ones on the English list, I never know which are ones on home visits. etc etc

Thats happened throughout the UK that young people have started, decided this was not for them and left. That seems a perfectly normal thing to me. If it doesn't suit, then do something else.

The Wijeyesekera's both left at the same time (year), and are actually from the Carribean orginally, but English born. Think the sister is now married. Andrea N - is on the 2007-08 list. J. Rosscow isn't. Don't know what happened to Joanne C. Someone mentioned the Bell brothers.. they were on the 2001-02 list. And not on it since.

Loads of different ones, the list is minute and diminishing so where are the loads of different ones. better start searching.....
Did anyone see a list with loads of workers???

I believe lists are produced now with workers in the uk on one side and workers from the uk working abroad on the other, and thats a longer list
if there's no response in the UK and most the work is holding funerals and conventions then it's understandable that the more adventurous ones would go where there's more activity abroad

But there seems to be alot (of the few) are new names (not nec new workers) these might be home visits, visiting workers from abroad etc.

Neither young nor female workers get a say in where they go (except to refuse and exit} All power to male workers. Male may be led by the spirit. Strangely if you are female this cannot happen as far as being moved to labour in a certain place!!!

In my experience in Texas and Iowa USA some state overseers held some of the older sister workers in high esteem and sought their counsel in matters, including, I'm sure, field and companion assignments.

Great to know this, but what has AGE got to do with anything? God calls, person ( happends to be a female sometimes) responds and goes into Work, can God then not inspire them or move them until they are an OLDER Sister or what?? Where's the logic?
