Should smoking be legal in public buildings? Private resturants?

Smoking SHOULD be allowed in private businesses, if the owner so chooses. Although, in restaurants and such, in separate area from rest of dining area. In public buildings...?? No. I think that there should be (covered) smoking areas outside alotted for public buildings, and not just some dinky little room, but several easily asseccible, roomy, and well maintained areas set aside just for smoking. Smoking lounges?? The right to smoke should be preserved. andy

The only smoking that I like to smell in reataurants, pubs etc is the smoke from a real log fire. (but then like a lot of people today - I suffer from asthma)
