Yes, because Jesus instituted the New Testament fellowship on 1st day of the week when he appeared and had fellowship with them after he was raised from the dead.... We read Paul wrote in I Cor. 15:1 the believers came together to worship the Godhead and had spiritual fellowship with each others in the homes of believers.... Paul told them to continue the gathering on 1st day of the week to the time of Jesus returns, which is going to happen soon. You know all the theory behind coming together on Sunday but not in practice. If is so funny to read. |

They make calendars with Monday as the first day of the week. I actually bought one for my dad as he gets so worried about what day to worship god. I rather thought it was a daily thing, but what do I know? A certain someone does not follow his own scripture. Money is more important than his god. There are no acceptable excuses. Hell bound for sure! Oh wait...! Perhaps his god is taking mercy on the 2x2's in his area. I take it back that he should be attending meetings. Work is SO much more important! |

The sabbath is 1 day in 7 that shouldn't be like the other 6. The story goes a bunch of slaves made bricks seven days a week 365 days a year for 400 years, when they were finally free of that bondage they made a rule that 1 day a week was HOLY(free from bondage), a day that was different(not bound to your job or whatever)from every other day in the week, a day were you are not worth how many bricks you can make. A radical idea to a bunch of slaves who are learning how to live again outside of slavery... Yes you are right, worship is 7 days a week, if you have to go to a religious setting to worship, it's not worship its idolatry. Worship is ascribing worth to something, in the case of the Hebrews it was the gracious compassionate slow to anger and abounding in love character, worship that the best you can, still true to this day, religious nutters worship all sorts of weird stuff but never what their own bible tells them to because they can't flippin read it......hence they have made laws about worship on a Sunday and put themselves back in bondage ona day that is meant to be free from bondage. Ironically then they talk about the HOLY spirit that guides them which is really just their own mind that keeps them in bondage because the actual Holy spirit is a bondage free character and they really have no idea what they're talking about..... |

NOT right now... due to corvid and work. Yes, I will NOT take the emblems when they share the same cup, due to my diabetic health issues. The workers in our field wrote that we don't need to take the emblems if we have health issues. I will take the bread but NOT when they have ONLY one cup.
I can only attend the
