He was a rather handsome young Vietnamese fellow, very quiet. Of course, he didn't speak English as well then as he does now, and I really didn't get to know anything about him personally. |

I notice on another thread that I can't post on, Wally has announced that he is a Hawk. Think we already knew that but now it is official. I am proud to be a Dove. The way I see it while the Hawks continue to circle, Doves will be in danger. On the farm we shot the Hawks because they took the Chickens. But unfortunately it is illegal to get rid of human Hawks. Pity, if we could the World would have peace. But of course Hawks and Doves have always existed since time begun. You have to wonder why it had to be that way, and wish that the World was full of Doves.

Wally I wonder if this present War turns Nuclear (God forbid) and we are all in peril, will you still sit there with your popgun saying fix it with violence. Putin like you is a Hawk, killing is not a problem, an inborn attribute. Joe Biden a Dove will try to avoid confrontation, find a better solution. Let's face it killing is a very crude way to solve an issue, we should have more common sense than that.

Wally as I said before people have always had the nature of a Hawk or Dove since time begun. It is the way we are wired. But I prefer the nature of the Dove, sanctify life, it is precious. I thank God that there are more Doves on TMB than Hawks. I have mentioned before we have many 2x2 friends. I doubt that any one of them is a Hawk. As 2x2's we were taught to be Doves and I will always respect that.
