I always think of fig trees as really old world trees. When I was a child, I was intrigued by the figs hanging on a tree in a junk yard behind where the Sunday morning mtg was held.
Well...on the subject of figs.

There is an excellent testimony about out of season fruit in the second.
The first one tells me that in order to be fruitful, the masters servants must regularly supply me with dung. Presumably the lesson is that we need to attend gospel meetings.
