Surprising outcome... another political victim of (at least in part) the pandemic. The new guy sounds more or less reasonable though, and will have to negotiate with progressive and Arabic elements of government in a way that Ben didn't have to.
In his exit speech, he said something to the effect of "hurry and destroy the economy quickly, so we can fix it when we get back into power". Sounds a bit like this country...

i don't(hope)think things will change all that much both are "right wingers" with Bennett maybe being a bit more conservative/pro-israel than even bibi was...they use to be allies until bibi started catching legal problems...

This guy is undoubtedly going to be more inclined to deal with the Palestinian problem because, despite his religious and conservative leanings, he owes his position to the support of the Arab Israeli politicians. As long as Netanyahu was the Prime Minister there would be no possibility for a Palestinian state to happen.

New PM Naftali Bennet, rumor says wants to take back total control of the temple mount and put up the 3rd temple and a small christian library(they all can fit BTW)this will be very very interesting...
