...and it isn't because they shouldn't know, -because it has been explained multiple times. Just a slow learner, I guess.

1/2 hour lunch 2 15 minute breaks and 5 minute breaks on the hour then 1-2 hours at home...more on weekends...good news for all of you though since i am a good employee i was able to convince my employers(april 1st) to let me retire at 22 years of service so i can take better care of my mother...this means you'll be seeing a lot more of me in the future...lucky you...

So in an eight hour work day, an employee is entitled to 40 minutes of break time. How they break up the break time is between them and their employer.
