The Disclaimer indicates that this is an open forum, where anyone can make their point of view known. Sure you expect positive and negative feedback but not the verbal abuse. Downunders are peace loving people, they work hard to stamp out abuse of any kind, be it verbal or any other kind. We all have the moral right to do that independent of our beliefs. Our Governments are doing their bit to stamp it out, Churches should do the same. I am sure that abuse would not be recommended to be used by Workers at Convention. It would not be promoted in any meetings, never was in our day. So why should it be accepted on TMB???. Why should I have to obey the Watchperson who suggests "maybe you need a timeout from TMB then come back when you are more rational" i suspect that negative feedback and verbal abuse are the same thing for you in reality, crafty person that you are... " Crafty?" Redback? -"crafty? "
You must be joking, wally!
Redback is one of the most forthright, honest and sincere people I know!
Wally. -that accusation you made against Redback has to be one of the best examples of "the beam in your own eye" that I have ever heard!
Matthew 7:4-5
4 How will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye,’ when, in fact, you have a beam in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

** Right on! Wally. Hearing/Reading the words and teachings of Jesus make them feel very uncomfortable! The Holy Spirit is convicting their hearts and they feel guilty in their hearts. They want to lash out their anger at us/believers. That is not true for me Nathan.
I have never felt more "comfortable" in my life!
But what I do take from your posts, Nathan, -is that you seem to have a tremendous sized ego and feel that you have nothing new to learn from anyone else.
That is not only dangerous to yourself but also a dead end.
I have found for myself that just being here on this forum I am always learning something I hadn't known before.
** That is NOT true I learn new things from different ones on here with their questions and posts. I learn new things from different pastors, evangelists and many other people outside of the 2x2 workers through the years. You can I pick the goods, sound doctrine and throw the bad/false belief out of the window.

** You probably forget Jesus Great Commission to His apostles and followers in Matthew 28 go forth to all nations to the time of Jesus returns. I preach or tell the gospel of Jesus at work, on TMB, in the Sunday morning meetings and at different places. Jesus speaks the parable of the 10 talents, to invest more time and energy in spiritual things which bring eternal rewards! Laying up treasures in heaven and NOT to spend too much time on carnal things in this world only end at the graves. Empty vain words when your behaviour doesn't match. It's not God who is working through you as I'd be ashamed to call myself a Christian if I behaved and treated people like you do. Nothing christlike about the way you treat people with different beliefs to you. If you wat to win people to Christ you need to change your attitude. You repel people and drive them away, not draw them. Not even those others on this board from your church agree with your behavior, apart from Wally who is not much better. After hundreds of years of building, Noah only managed to convince his own family to board the Ark. God didn't seem to care. Still killed everyone else in the flood instead of lecturing Noah about winning people over.

I wish our Down Under Worker friend would come back to stand with Wally and Nathan.
He would set straight a lot of this nonsense coming out of the down under false elders and worldlings. They just want to change the Truth and make it woke and politically correct

They tried to boot me out of here too! They tried to put a wedge or break up my friendship between Wally and me, and others.

So your God tells you it is OK to abuse people. That seems to be out of step with the Law of the Land and Moral Law. I respectfully suggest you not receive that message from God and comply with the common law observed by the majority of people.

Wally thought this forum was going to be his gospel congregation. There's a reason why he was turned down when he volunteered for the work. It's that ugly nature of his.

The self appointed "watchmen" and the self appointed "god", think that they are above the law of the land and moral law @redback. After all they can never be wrong and know way more than any of us ...! They have had a special "revelation" from God. You have to remember nathan knows way more than any of the Workers, he has superior knowledge...just ask him ! As for @wally the "watchmen" he should be careful with all his watching others that he doesn't fall off the wall himself !

The world wide flood was foretold by God in the days of Enoch, who was the great grand father of Noah. The world wide flood came in the days of Noah. The water arose and carried the Ark from the plain and it rested on Mt. Ararat 1000s feet above the ground. How do you think the Ark get up from the ground to 1000s feet upto Mt. Ararat? If it wasn't a world wide flood.

They brought back many evidences, pictures from inside the Ark. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noah%27s_ArkNoah's Ark (Hebrew: תיבת נח; Biblical Hebrew: Tevat Noaḥ) is the vessel in the Genesis flood narrative through which God spares Noah, his family, and examples of all the world's animals from a world-engulfing flood.[1] The story in Genesis is repeated, with variations, in the Quran, where the Ark appears as Safinat Nūḥ (Arabic: سفينة نوح "Noah's boat") and al-fulk (Arabic: الفُلْك).Searches for Noah's Ark have been made from at least the time of Eusebius (c. 275–339 CE), and believers in the Ark continue to search for it in modern times. Many searches have been mounted for the Ark, but no confirmable physical proof of the Ark has ever been found.[2]There is no scientific evidence that Noah's Ark existed as it is described in the Bible.[3] There is also no evidence of a global flood, and most scientists agree that it would be impossible.[4] Some researchers believe that a real (though localized) flood event in the Middle East could potentially have inspired the oral and later written narratives from Genesis; a Black Sea Deluge 7500 years ago has been proposed as such a historical candidate.[5][6]

As they say, it is possible to disagree without being disagreeable. Unfortunately, politicians in the highest offices have in recent years set a tone of being disagreeable, and it seems by their example, their followers believe they have been given license to be disagreeable as well. And no political party has a monopoly on such behaviour.
It's unfortunate that such a tone has made its way into this forum. I find it hard not to get sucked in and be disagreeable myself, and I admit to having lost that battle on too many occasions.
I have come to believe that the only way to temper it is to not engage--and I've lost that struggle all to often as well. I find it difficult to answer vitriol without vitriol.
I'm going to make a concerted effort to try, starting now. How? By closing the TMB tab on my browser, and wean myself off the urge to read every "new" post that appears.
Good night.
